Friends Trip

The home was very clean & spacious. It was a perfect location; we could walk to restaurants & the beach. We loved sitting outside watching dolphins & manatees. This is a great property, highly recommend it.

Perfect Retro Beach Home

We loved this home so much! It was very spacious and had a cool retro vibe. The views were awesome and we loved sitting outside fishing, reading or just watching the wildlife and sunsets. We saw manatees and dolphins and lots of birds. We found ourselves wanting to spend most of our time at the house We will definitely be back!

Love It

This house had an amazing vintage feel to it. Don't change anything. We watched dolphins and manatee's off the back porch every morning. The walk to the beach is just long enough to knock off most of the sand by the time you get home. Host was very helpful with any questions we had and had everything ready to go for us when we arrived. Do recomend this place for anyone who has kids that are able to swim and don't have to be watched too closely while out back.

Great location for wildlife and short walk to beach

Loved the peace and quiet of this corner location! Saw many manatees, dolphins and birds. House was as described and was very comfortable. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Pre-Cruise Spring Break

Spent long weekend before our cruise at this property. Loved location of house, very peaceful and beautiful to sit and watch the manatees, birds and dolphins. Property very clean, just dated in kitchen and bathrooms. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants.

Canal House

Large beautiful house,a little dated but has great relaxing views of the canals.Many restaurants within a few mile drive and the beach was a .4 mile walk.Saw a stingray,manatees,dolphins and many birds.Good view of a space launch but it was foggy so muted.Fishing in the canal was disappointing.The nice pool wasn’t used bcthe water was too cold even though the tempoutside was in the high 70’s.All in all a very nice stay.

Girls Trip

Property was beautiful and as described. We got to see dolphins almost every day of our stay! House had a retro vibe. Loved all the windows! Easy walk to beach and into town. Would def recommend!!!!

Family vacation

The highlight was seeing the dolphins every day. Sheets on the king size beds didn’t fit properly and came off each night. WiFi didn’t work for us. Pool is solar heated, but not warm enough to swim in, in December. Overall good time spent with family.

Tremendous views on this waterfront property

This property would be hard to beat for wanting to be close to the water system and see lots of wildlife. Dolphins, manatees, and jellyfish swam by daily and we saw so many varieties of birds. Cocoa Beach is just a quick 5 minute walk. The Space Coast has a lot to offer and our family had a fantastic time. We’ll be back!!

Amazing Vacation

We had a fantastic stay and loved the home and location. Saw manatee and dolphins. Fished morning, day and night and had just a nice relaxing time. We had an elderly person with us and we had to place chairs to block step downs in a few areas and a smart tv only so be prepared with your own logins etc places be put

Wonderful stay

The house was spotless on arrival, had all the amenities needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice. We were able to see both dolphins and manatee in the waters next to the house which was a great added treat. Plenty of room and a great location. The beach is close enough to walk. We were also able to see a space launch while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun stay

We had a great time staying in this home, we were in the area for baseball so when we had down time it was fun to hang out and fish on the banana river and go To the ocean, we saw an alligator, manatees, dolphins and lots of other fish in the waterway.

Perfect view!

This was such a great house to stay at in Cocoa Beach. You can walk to the beach just down the street, sit on the back porch and see the manatees in the morning and even take a short walk for the best tacos in town! Will definitely recommend you stay here!

Fun Trip

The house was exactly as described. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. We enjoyed the pool on a hot day and loved the river views everyday! We saw dolphins and manatees!

Get away b4 cruising

Location was excellent. House layout is quirky but ok. We have stayed in numerous vrbos and every one EXCEPT this one had a grill so shame on me for assuming and not reading every thing on listing. Kitchen utensils lacking as well. Disappointed kids since no burgers and dogs. As usual we made the best of it.

Beautiful River Views

This place on was very clean, nicely laid out, and had beautiful river views, which allowed us to see dolphins and manatees swimming by. We briefly had a double birthday celebration during our Saturday, and a couple of them mentioned they might want to rent it. We considered it a tremendous place, very clean, and had great views of the river throughout the major rooms.

Just Perfect!!

Best stay we have ever had! The home was spotless, had everything we needed and more! The location is amazing, canal on two sides of the home where we saw dolphins, manatees and enjoyed fishing everyday. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and convenient stores. Communication with the property manager Cindy, was easy and she was so quick to respond to any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back!

Kennedy Space Center family trip

Location is great and home is nicely furnished. The waterway is lovely and sunsets are gorgeous. The trip with our grandchildren to visit Kennedy Space Center was a hit! The house is near restaurants and lots of shops too… we enjoyed PaPa Vito’s and Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster and Seafood.

Our Stay in Cocoa Beach @ Cocoa Beach House Banana River

Our stay was perfect, there were not complaints other than a simple suggestion. There should be an option for a heated pool as that was part of the piece that drew us to rent this property and the pool was unusable. We were 6 55+ Adults and are hoping to return to Cocoa Beach yearly. We would consider this property as a rental option each year, but prefer a heated pool. The house was very accommodating, very clean and beautiful. The property itself is amazing and we even got to see Dolphins in the mornings and manatees in the evenings right outside the door. I will certainly tell our family and friends. A BBQ would also be helpful as a cooking option for multiple people. Otherwise this was a PERFECT vacation start for us and very close to the cruise terminal, so extra convenient. Thank you Cindy for being so accommodating and easy to reach.

Fun and quiet

Quiet neighborhood where you can walk to everything you need. Sit outside and watch the playful dolphins and manatees swim past. one mile to Cocoa Beach Country club and a quick walk to the beach. Great place to stay!
