Wonderful Unit

We stayed at Coco Sands in unit 4. Very nice unit, well stocked, spotlessly clean, view of the ocean from the back balcony, and just a few steps to the beach. Owner provides a great stock of beach furniture including umbrellas. Definitely a place to go back to.

Great Vacation Spot

Loved being walking distance from the beach. Had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of towels and beach chairs available. Close to great restaurants and tourist destinations.

Units was perfect. Very clean and updated. Bed was comfy and the linens top notch. Only one building between you and the beach. This unit is perfect for a couple.
