Great Place on the Beach!

This was great location and a very comfortable place to stay. We came with our coworkers sort of a mini retreat. Right on the beach. Lots of beach toys/etc. Host was awesome! Will stay again for sure.

Great Beach House & Location

This house was perfect for our July 4th getaway. Easy access to the beach and surrounding area. Because the beach is private, there were no crowds. The house is better than the pictures. Its warm decor is so welcoming and the house was very clean. Julie is amazing to work with. Very responsive and not intrusive as an owner. Look forward to visiting again!

A gem… the nicest place I’ve ever stayed on VRBO

Julie the host saved me from a nightmare rental.. I moved my family from there to this immaculate inviting home. This home is stunning and has all the amenities.. the views and access to the beach were amazing.. multiple lovely outdoor spaces ..The indoor spaces were equally inviting and equipped with everything you need. Plenty of space for large family to sleep, lounge and dine. The host was so gracious and left a lovely welcome basket.. only regret is it could have been a longer stay to enjoy it fully.. will definitely be back.. thanks Julie

Nicely kept property: clean, well appointed, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach is a short path away, with a wide and quiet shore, perfect for relaxing. Plenty of restaurants and attractions are nearby. We would stay here again. A great house that deserves its 5 star rating.

House was beautiful and clean. We loved the master upstairs with the wall of windows overlooking the ocean! Our girls fought over the one bedroom downstairs with the ocean view but they compromised because the other bedroom was just as beautiful. We loved it and the host Julie was wonderful. Perfect beach home

Excellent home! This house had everything we needed for a fantastic beach getaway. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone in our large group their own space and the open common areas were more than enough for everyone to spend time together. A lovely beach house for an amazing vacation!

My family had so much fun at this house! The beach access was excellent. The house had a great layout and was family-friendly and comfortable. The property had everything we needed to make our vacation convenient and enjoyable. In addition, we were able to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral from the deck! I would highly recommend this house if you want an amazing place for a beach getaway, and I hope to stay there again soon!

Great place to stay and convenient location.

Overall we had a great stay. We relaxed on the beach during the day and headed into town later in the afternoon to enjoy some local eateries and tourist spots. The house was equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was also a short walk on the beach to Coconuts on the Beach for a late evening cocktail. The only drawback I would mention that needs to be addressed is the upstairs bathroom water temp. We never had a warm shower. We followed the instructions for the water temp being backwards but the shower was either scorching hot for two minutes followed by cold water or slightly warm at best. No one else had a cold shower but us in the upstairs bath. Other than that, it was awesome! The owners even left us a gift basket up front with goodies that the kids enjoyed! I would stay again. The view and short walk to the beach are a big incentive to stay here.

Myself and 3, 20-24 year kids stayed at the house last week. We always rent a VRBO at a beach house on the ocean. The location, house, and property manager Julie were awesome. Great location! We did go offshore deep water fishing out of Cape Canaveral, caught lots of fish and lotsa King Mackerel, went on the 'Up Fire' charters....If you have time, check out the Kennedy Space Center, Saturn V museum,,,,The house place was great as advertised, Mike

Best house on Cocoa Beach

We love this house. Especially after the renovations! What a beautiful place, in front of the most perfect, pristine beach. The house is clean, updated, spacious, warm, and welcoming. We have now stayed here twice and are planning our future visits. Julie is fantastic, super responsive, and just a nice person. We really love this house. Recommend it 100%.
