The condo was clean and felt safe.The pool was beautiful and rather heavenly. The walk to the beach was manicured and an easy walk. Clean beach as well.would love to stay again

Beach was quiet and beautiful and clean. Condo was everything we had hoped for. The bed was the comfiest we’ve ever experienced while traveling. I loved the keyless entry and the parking was very close. Area was very safe and close to restaurants. Very nice place. Host was very responsive and checked on us to see if we needed anything.

We had a great stay. The unit was well stocked with kitchen essentials and beach supplies, and everything was very clean, which we really appreciated since that can be hit or miss with short-term rentals. The beach is an easy walk, and the heated pool was a nice bonus. The only downside was the couch, which is not very comfortable, but overall we were very happy with our stay, and we would happily stay here again. We’re already looking forward to our next trip!

Very convenient location. The weather didn't cooperate, so we didn't spend much time at the beach or make use of the equipment provided for it. We didn't use the pool. It was nice to be able to use our streaming service on the TV. For those who are mainly interested in the beach, it would be the perfect place.No complaints.

Great location on Cocoa Beach. Just a couple buildings south of the Cocoa Beach Pier that has a lifeguard station. No need to pay the 30 parking at the pier. I took a surfing lesson at the pier and we also saw two rocket launches from the beach. We liked the heated pool. We liked being on the ground floor, easy in and out and very convenient parking. View from the room is to the courtyard and pool. Stephanie is responsive and easy to work with.

Lovely condo, we had a terrific stay! Right on the beach and super close to the pier. Made use of the beach chairs and body board. We appreciate that the host accommodated our early check-in. Would book again!

The location is superb! Lovely quiet, well kept place and grounds. The heated pool was a delight and the beach access was the best. Furnishings and housewares were nice. The hosts were kind and helpful.

This cozy & cute condo is perfect for a romantic get away to the beach in the middle of cold northeast winter! The condo is decorated in restful colors, the bed was very comfy and the shower awesome! We spent most of our time just enjoying the warmth while sitting on the patio. The place is steps from the beach and there's a pool onsite also (although we didn't use it). Stephanie's check in and out directions were very easy to follow. We are already thinking of a return trip next year.

This one-bedroom unit is a jewel, clean and welcoming, close to everything. The host is exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. The heated pool is wonderful! The entire condo area is first class. We will be back.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was just the right amount of space for two. The kitchen was well appointed. The unit had convenient parking and was located just steps from the beach, the pool was large and heated. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Just steps from the beach and easily walk to the pier. Our covered parking spot was just outside our condo. Stephanie responded to any questions quickly. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great beach location

Nicely decorated making you feel right at home from the start. Well kept grounds and access right to the beach. Close to both the pier and Ron John's. Will want to stay here next time we visit Cocoa Beach.
