LOVE Villas is a three story building with three two bedroom, two bath Villas located right on the beach.
The first floor is the Turtle Villa, which is just 9 steps down to the beach and amazing views of the turquoise water.
The second floor is the Seahorse Villa, which has spectacular view of the ocean where you can easily spot the sea life from your veranda.
The third floor is the Angelfish Villa with stunning penthouse views of the entire island from every room. No other property on the island can offer this view of the diverse ocean life.
Each Villa has two master suites with king beds separated by a great room.The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and the living room features a wall of pocketing sliding glass doors that open on to your private veranda. Each room of the Villas has their own separate climate control. For your convenience a washer and dryer is located in each villa. The patio provides a common lounge area where you can relax and also enjoy your own barbecue. Four bicycles are provided to each Villa so you can explore the island at your own leisure.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a ceiling fan.

We stayed at Angelfish (penthouse) for the Mother Day's week! What an unforgettable experience! I am so glad I happened to stumble across this villa listing. Richard and Jo really thought of everything: transfers to and from the airport, mini tour of the island as we head back to the villa, paddle boards, beach chairs, floats, bicycles, BBQs, outdoor tables & lounge chairs, and a car which was a game changer (a real car, not a golf cart). Inside the villa itself: a cooler, insulated cups, glasses, plates, abundance of beach & bath towels, board games, dvd player, tvs, hair dryers, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full refrigerator, stove, blender, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, spices, olive oil, they provided eggs, milk, homemade bread from Arches (our favorite restaurant), wine, beer, washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener, huge showers with hot water (on some of our trips it was luke warm at best), and the beds...amazing - mattresses, pillows, and comforters were so luxurious and comfortable!!! They also provided a book of their favorite restaurants, etc which was super helpful. On top of the items and essentials they provided, it was Richard's and Jo's response to any questions or concerns we had. They responded immediately either by calling or messaging us. Hope to Visit Love Villas in the Future

VRBO would not let me submit my review without rating all the categories, but I can only truly rate my communication as we did not get to travel to Grand Turk. While planning our trip, Yohamna was prompt and went out of her way to research and answer my questions. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip back in October when our travel partner became ill and unable to travel. Richard and Yohamna could not have been kinder in their response and handling of our cancellation. We hope that we are able to visit the Love Villas at a future date.

Angelfish As Advertised....only better!

Fantastic!From the breathtaking view of the ocean to waking up to the sound of waves each morning, Angelfish was wonderful! Met by our host at the airport, he gives you the lay of the land prior to driving you to the villa. Our questions were answered quickly before and during our stay. At the villa you have everything you need along with some very nice food items (a very nice unexpected surprise) to get you by if you don't want to leave thefirst night! It's a beautiful place and we chose to stay in and grill fresh fish outside on the sun deck many nights.You can walk a long way along the beach, and snorkel from the beach out front on calmer days, just bring water shoes as some areas are a bit rocky. Many local shops and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive from the villa. Excellent location away from the cruise port.Richard, thank you for the hospitality!

True Sabbatical Time

From the graciousness and super responsiveness of our hosts in trip preparation to the stunning deck views of the turquoise water hues to the 24hr music of waves landing on the beach, this was the perfect setting for unwinding the year and calming frayed urban nerves. We loved long walks to various beaches and into town but most loved nesting, bringing home the daily catch to grill, lounging, dunking, snorkling, lounging some more - all off of our front porch. We will be back!

Place to beat in Grand Turks

The only negative was that our stay was too short! Richard and Yohamna were the best hosts. Their place hits the mark and couldn’t have been better honestly. All the amenities, place was spectacular and service were awesome. Walkable to restaurants but having the car to get to our whale watching and diving excursions helped tremendously. We will be back again for sure!

Unbelievable Experience!!!

I can't begin to tell you how awesome it was staying at Angelfish "Love Villas"! If you are wanting to get away from it all and surround yourself with tranquility and luxury, this is the place! The Villa is beautiful with luxurious finishes, top notch appliances, incredibly comfortable beds, and bedding, and an abundance of linens, and other items to satisfy all your needs. I have stayed at many timeshares, as well as vacation rental properties since the mid-90s and I can honestly say, I have never stayed in a unit so immaculate! The beach is just a few steps away and one can be lulled to sleep with the sound of the surf. Richard, the owner, and Joshi the manager of the Villas was so obliging! Richard picked us up at the airport (and returned us) and gave us a quick tour of the area and took the time to review all the features of the unit and property. Where have you stayed where the owner was thoughtful enough to start you off with a loaf of bread, eggs, milk, bottle of wine and two bottles of beer! We were able to get around the island by either walking or taking advantage of the car left at our disposal! Restaurants were in walking distances, as was a grocery store. Joshi was kind enough to bring the umbrellas and beach chairs out and back for us daily. Both he and Richard were so responsive to any question or concern we had. It was so much fun seeing wild donkeys roam the island without a care in the world and that is how we felt at Love Villas!!!

Hospitality Like No Other

My husband and I have stayed a lot of places and Richard and Yohamna have tipped the scales when it comes to their hospitality. I can’t say that we have ever had a host that picked us up and delivered us to our vacation rental with a tour of the town (island), and then provided us with transportation for the length of our stay. (Unheard of) Not to mention a host of other surprises we had once we reached “Love Villas”. The Villas are exactly how they look online, and the view is spectacular. The colors here are outstanding. You cannot beat a room on the beach, with very few people to contend with for a beach spot. You are basically on the beaches of Grand Turk by yourself no matter what beach you are on. Everything was so clean, and the beds were ultra comfortable. I think I slept better there than I have in a long time! I don’t really need to give you any tips here on what to do or where to eat because Richard does that for you when he picks you up. His food recommendations are right on! We had some really wonderful food and drinks. Richard and Yohamna have it all laid out for you so that your vacation is the vacation they would want, and it shows. The island is pretty chill and quiet, so if you are after relaxation and spectacular beach views “Love Villas” are where it is at. This is 100% a no brainer for a vacation destination. VERY Special & Memorable Experience!

Where do I begin with sharing how WONDERFUL our experience was?! I traveled with my parents in celebration of their 50th anniversary year; it was beyond memorable. Hosts: Richard and Yohamna are the warmest and most gracious couple! I know why they named their host property, Love Villa. They radiate love for each other, Grand Turk island, and the island’s celebrated people. Our conversations prior to, during, and post-trip reflected top-tier customer service. Love Villa: The attention to detail with the location, design, floor plan, and amenities was absolutely AMAZING! The villa was extremely modern, immaculate, and classy. The panoramic views of the island’s west Caribbean coast were breathtaking. The AngelFish Villa was well stocked with everyday items that made us feel at home. Watching the sea life, feral dogs and donkeys, and cruise ships were quite entertaining. Transportation/Food: Richard was extremely helpful with identifying the airlines and flight times to/from Providenciales and Grand Turk. He extended a warm welcome and departure by providing transportation to/from the airport and the Villa. Having the use of one of their cars was the icing on the cake! I chauffeured my parents around the island, meeting beautiful souls and witnessing their care for visitors. We ventured to paths off the beaten path and saw the fullness of life on Grand Turk. We dined at Ridge Cafe (lunch; wonderful shrimp tacos and great elevation views), Jerica’s (dinner; FABULOUSLY fresh and delectable), Sand Bar (lunch; great ocean view and service), and Osprey Hotel (dinner; nice ocean view and service). It was a trip of a lifetime for my parents and me!

Vacation of a lifetime

If you are looking for a relaxing, off the grid, beach vacation with luxury accommodations, this is the place for you! We had been wanting to come to Turks and Caicos for over a decade, and were finally able to make our dream a reality. Intense searches of multiple locations around TCI, and I kept coming back to Richard and Jo’s LOVE VILLAS. SO GLAD WE CHOSE THIS PLACE! From the moment we booked, to the months leading up to and during the whole stay, Richard was the most amazing host; answered every question, WENT TO THE AIRPORT FOR US TO HELP US CHANGE OUR FLIGHT, rides to and from the airport, gave us a tour of the whole island including restaurant and meal recommendations (with a rating system!), and was just a text or phone call away for all our needs. The property is stunning- the pictures don’t do it justice! What more do you need then to be able to walk out your door, down a few steps and be on your own beautiful beach with the most gorgeous turquoise water? We felt like we had the whole island to ourselves every single day! Every beach we visited, we were almost always alone. And I can’t say enough about the villa itself. The attention paid to every single detail to make sure we had a comfortable week, was above and beyond any expectation we could have had. A bottle of wine, local beers, huge bowl of fresh fruit and a fresh loaf of bread, awaited us upon our arrival. More towels than we even needed for the week, a gorgeous bathroom stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner; Richard even made sure we had the “good toilet paper” lol. I could have brought the bed home with us; the most comfortable mattress and bedding I’ve ever slept in. We had our own car for the week, which I thoroughly enjoyed driving around town on the left side of the road; bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, rafts, beach coolers… all kept in immaculate condition by the Villa’s own property manager, Joshi. I’m sure I’m missing mentioning a million things that made this property and it’s hosts one of a kind- I could go on and on! Love Villas in Grand Turks provides the most amazing experience and host!!!

Grand Turks is a laid back island with wonderful people in the most beautiful setting…it’s well worth the extra flight from Providenciales to experience it! Some of our favorite things were 1) The food!!! We mostly stayed away from the cruise ship port and enjoyed the local restaurants including The Fisherman’s Wife, SandBar, The Ridge Cafe, Turks Head Inn and Ospreys. Be prepared to relax as things take a bit to prepare, but it’s well worth it! Pro tip- order the homemade bread from the ridge cafe in advance to bring back for future meals…it’s so good! 2) The wildlife - obviously the sea life is amazing to scuba and snorkel, but this island also offers local dogs, cats, donkeys, horses and we even spotted a cow. It made each day an adventure to see and interact with them! 3) The people- whether you pay for a guided excursion or just going on a walk everyone you meet is so friendly and genuine. 4) The view - the water was absolutely amazing and you could experience it from every once of the rental. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while there. Richard provides absolutely everything you could possibly need and makes the stay hassle and stress free! When we were having issues booking a fishing excursion(our fault for not planning ahead) he went above and beyond by helping to line one up. Tim at Emerald Escape GT was great and he offers other excursions beyond fishing. We absolutely recommend staying at this gem and can’t wait to go back!

ANGELFISH VILLA!!! Where do I begin? I am not the best writer so I might miss a few punctuations here but Richard our host at Angelfish Villa did not miss a single detail. Richard picked us up at the airport gave us a quick tour of the island he then brought us to our penthouse villa. He answered every call and went above and beyond to help us. This villa is a dream!! First let me start by saying pictures cannot capture the beauty and perfection of this villa. Beautiful panoramic view of the island right from our penthouse balcony. It was almost like we had our own private beach, we were surrounded by beautiful turquoise waters. We ate breakfast on our penthouse balcony every morning and watched the most beautiful sunset every single day while our kids played on the beach right below us. We took long walks on the beach every day and swam in the ocean for hours. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, the rooms are clean and flawlessly furnished with a very comfortable bed. As I said before Richard thought of everything. He answered any questions we had and answered our phone calls every time we called. My five year old son claimed this vacation to be better than Disney!! We cant wait to return to … as my boys call it Mr Richards house very soon. 

Absolutely hands down the best place to stay on Grand Turk!

The property is even better than the pictures if that is possible. The sunsets are spectacular from your deck. Richard has ensured everything you need is there. Beach chairs, bikes, paddle boards, floats, even a buoy to tie up to so you can relax without floating away! The beds and furniture are inviting and comfortable. There are stacks of fluffy towels. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you need to make your favorite blended drinks to your gourmet meals. Or take the car that is provided to one of the islands fantastic restaurants. Richard picked us up at the airport and gave a tour of the island showing us all the locals favorite spots. He lives on the island so was so great anytime I had questions or was looking for something unique. His full time job is making sure his guests have the best vacation experience and he is fabulous at it. All the locals were friendly and fun. They treated us like one of the family. I would highly recommend this property and island to anyone. I can’t wait to come back and spend a week or two with all my new friends!

Really hard to beat…

Fantastic all around. Great location, amazing property and views/beach. Perfect for two couples. Richard was wonderful and easy to be reached. Everyone on the island knows him. Each morning we woke with the sun, sat on the balcony and made coffee and watched whales just offshore and the morning rainbow that greeted us. The villa has all of the comforts for an easy laid back vacation in one of the most beautiful places we have visited. We booked on a search of good places to scuba dive and couldn't have picked a better spot and host. We had a great time diving the island but also had good snorkeling right from the villa, snorkeling from the villa we saw octopus, swam with an eagle ray, as well as plenty of colorful coral and fish. Much more wildlife than humans which was great! The Island overall is pretty sleepy and restaurants for dinner are a good couple of hour experience so plan accordingly. There are liquor and grocery stores nearby that have the basics. The local dogs and donkeys are all very friendly. Will be back for sure!

Rest, Relaxation, and Recovery

I am not a person that is easily impressed, but Love Villa exceeded every expectation that my wife and I had. From the first few steps into the villa we were blown away by the cleanliness of the place and the attention to detail. The tile floors were beautiful, the kitchen is top notch, and the view is amazing. The kitchen has everything that is needed if you want to cook "at home". If that's not your idea of a vacation, Richard has plenty of suggestions for places to dine out. The island is very quiet and my wife and I had a lot of time to relax and spend some much needed "alone time" together both at the villa and on Governor's Beach. We used the paddle boards or the bikes several days. We saw humpback whales from the beach and sea turtles from the paddle boards. Grand Turk is a very quiet island, perfect if you want to get away from the hectic pace of life. As a host, Richard is second to none. He was available for anything that we needed help with, while giving us the privacy and space that we came to the island for. This is a difficult to balance to maintain as a host, and Richard does it very well. As far as food and groceries goes, you can get just about anything that you need, but being a small island there can be limited choices. If you are a coffee person bring your favorite grind. The Ninja coffee maker makes excellent coffee, all you need is your favorite blend. Love Villas is one of the nicest places on the island to stay. In fact, it is one of the best places that we have ever stayed. We enjoyed the villa so much that we booked another vacation with Richard before we left the island. If peace and quiet is what you seek, you will not be disappointed!
