Nothing was too much effort. The sunset cruise (free) is wonderful.
All the staff were extremely friendly and curtious. They were eager to fulfil all our needs immediately. They were always smiling and greeting you at every opportunity. If this kind of service were to be extended to all the hotels, then the world would be a better place. Our heartiest thanks and good wishes to all the staff at the Hotel especially Jimmy, Sojan, roopesh & Alex. God bless them with all that they desire for making our stay an extremely memorable one. From the moment I alighted from the taxi, staff was inordinately attentive and hospitable. They make sure you get the pillows you prefer, offer a free harbor boat ride and Keralan theater performance, have four restaurants, waterfront lawns and a gorgeous swimming pool. Chef is superb. They made sure I had bottled water in my room, arranged a driver for me, and even offered a parting gift at checkout. Only downside is getting there and out. Willington island is quite inaccessible, which is great if you love the resort itself, but a drag if you want to go to Fort Kochi for the evening.
