Stayed at Trident with a party of 11 people. We received an excellent welcome from a friendly team of staff. The staff help in every way possible to make our stay an pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful and the chef, Gautam Jana, even baked a complementary cake in honour of the christing celebration. A totally brilliant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
We were staying at the Trident hotel and ate lunch in their restaurant for the 3 days we stayed in this very nice hotel. The food was excellent and we received excellent service from the restaurant manager, Arsh Chodhrey. Be advised that the foreign wines have a 136% tax add on ( vs 0% for India wines). Mr Choudrey was nice to point this out an offered us taste samples of the several India made wines. I thought this was very thoughtful . We choose the delishous Kingfisher beer to drink with our excellent lunch.
Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Rooms were very spacious. Only disadvantage is the location. Far away from kochi main city, so hard to get Uber or Ola cabs from there. Overall it’s a good hotel to stay and enjoy your vacation far away from city noise.
We are a mature retired couple and would highly recommend this accommodation. We spent 2 nights here. Service was of the highest standard. Food was excellent and the pool provided the perfect relaxation. From the welcome on arrival
We loved our one night stay at this place. The room was a bit small but we had a good time at the pool and even at the restaurant. The staff is great with ever smiling faces. The food is as good as home-cooked.
Stayed there with family for a night , trident legacy is maintained there Beautiful property, well maintained pool , calm atmosphere, nice bar, classical restaurant Location is little isolated , that's what even I want when I Stay with family Foods Tate is good, one or two restraints near the hotel also if you want a change and take Kerala food, Nice and curtest staffs
The hotel has a lovely ambience. The staff are incredibly welcoming and immediately make you feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable as expected, albeit on the cosy side. Wouldn't hesitate booking again
Lovely hotel and staff, particularly our barman. Our bathroom was rather tired though we noted they were working on a few of the rooms while we were there. Very good food. Loved the prawn curry! Very attentive restaurant staff.
We visited this hotel during this Diwali vacation time . Luxurious hotel with amazing staff members. Rooms and balconies are very large clean ne and arranged. Food in hotel restaurant unforgettable. Love to stay.
My wife and I spent the first five nights of our trip here in Cochin. We decided to book a really nice hotel for the first few days, as a holiday, before staying at more 'budget' hotels. We couldn't have chosen a better and more chilled place to stay. All the staff were extremely polite, enthusiastic and helpful, and had learned our names by the second day. They helped with printing documents, arranging a sim-card, preparing an itinerary, and posting a letter. Attention to detail was first-class, at one point overly so: "How would you like your club sandwich sliced?" ! Good restaurant with outdoor option and barbecue, and good breakfast buffet. Thank you to all the staff at The Trident!
