The cozy and newly renovated apartment "Khorsandi Zwei" is located directly in the center of Coburg with a view of the city and the Veste Coburg. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, another bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 5 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video telephony), washing machine and a TV. The apartment's central location within Coburg means that all local amenities are within easy reach, the nearest bakery is just a few minutes (200m) walk away and the nearest supermarket is within close proximity (circa 100m). Wir hatten Pech mit der Unterkunft in der ersten Nacht unseres Aufenthalts und haben sehr kurzfristig eine neue Bleibe gesucht. Mit dem Appartment 23 haben wir einen sehr gemütlichen, sauberen und originellen Ort gefunden. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und nüchtern eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Erkundungen zu Fuß durch Coburg. Parken ist im nahegelegenen Parkhaus Post zu vernünftigen Preisen verfügbar. Lediglich die Lautstärke auf in der Straße war nicht so ideal. Nichts für Leute mit empfindlichem Schlaf. Trotzdem für uns ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt für eine Nacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, die Betten breit und sehr bequem. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kommen gerne jederzeit wieder! :)

Die Waschmaschine ist defekt, was bei längeren Buchungen wissenswert sein sollte. Ansonsten alles wichtige vorhanden, (Küche gut ausgestattet. Handtücher super, Betten ebenfalls hervorragend und überdurchschnittlich groß) Lage top!!! Beim nächsten mal Coburg auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wie im Internet beschrieben

Es gibt inzwischen Verdunkelungsvorhänge. Gaststättenlärm gibt es tatsächlich etwas, aber es war im Rahmen. Später kehrte Ruhe ein. Die Frage nach kostenlosen Parkplätzen konnte uns der Vermieter nicht beantworten. Wir haben dann selbst gesucht und sind in der Ketschendorfer Straße - 10 Minuten Fußmarsch - fündig geworden. So konnten wir täglich 11 Euro für das Parkhaus einsparen und anderweitig ausgeben. ;-) Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock, ohne Aufzug, man sollte also nicht gerade gehbehindert sein. Fernseher war top. Man kann schön vom Bett aus gucken. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist ohne Fernseher. Einige Steckdosen in unserem Schlafzimmer haben nicht funktioniert. Es gibt aber genug davon, um alle Handys und Pads aufzuladen. Den Vermieter, der im EG eine nette Bar betreibt ( junge Kundschaft) haben wir nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen, wie es im Sommer mit dem Straßenlärm ist, wissen wir nicht. Betten waren frisch überzogen. Genügend Handtücher vorhanden.
