Cove Place features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch with views of the water. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests.
Cove Place has a private dock, where you can relax on the water or launch your kayak or canoe. There is also a fire pit in the yard where you can roast marshmallows and stargaze at night.
Cove Place is located in a quiet, rural setting, but it is close to all the amenities you need. The town of Mathews is just a short drive away, and there are several restaurants, shops, wineries and breweries in the area. You are also within easy driving distance of Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Williamsburg.

Natural beauty
This property is beautiful. The home is gorgeous and comfortable. I loved coffee each morning on the screened porch. So much natural to take in.
The host has super hospitable. Quick to respond and helpful when I fell I’ll the week of our booking.
My grown daughters and myself had some much fun exploring the area we didn’t have time to paddle the river.
Hopefully next time.
