Great property

Always a pleasure to visit Santa Teresa. Villa Koa is in a great location. The property is exactly as advertised, very beautiful with a great pool. Construction wasn't overbearing at all and hardly even noticed it. One small complaint would be to add some blinds to the living room windows for a bit more privacy. Otherwise, the property is fantastic.
