Our newly renovated luxury villa is located only 250 m from the beach in a quiet gated community, opposite the Banana beach. The villa is spacious with four big bedrooms, a massive kitchen, living room and garden. It has a unique style, modern yet very cozy and comfortable, with lots of light coming in overlooking a big swimming pool in a private garden. Located in the center of Santa Teresa with walking distance to shops & supermarkets and great restaurants.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with Netflix. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
