Thanks to the open floor plan, the main floor feels spacious and expansive. The entire floor, with the fully equiped kitchen, dining area, pool table, and comfortable couches, opens up to a balcony overlooking the ocean and an infinity pool and sunning area. Open the sliding doors completely, and the entire floor becomes part of the balcony. The 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are downstairs. The bedrooms open up to a balcony with an oceanview.
