This 4-bedroom home is a great luxury villa for adventurers, surfers, yogis, nature lovers, friends, families, and more. Located in the desirable residential north end of Santa Teresa, this home has beautiful sunset ocean views through the jungle, a saltwater pool, and high-speed fiber optic internet. The home is less than a 5-minute drive to the beach, and it is truly an oasis in an amazing location!
The home consists of 2 separate living spaces connected by a covered walkway. The main living area has an open-concept kitchen/living room with high ceilings. There is a half bath for guest use and a laundry room and storage area. On the second floor above this living area is the master bedroom with its bathroom and ocean views from the bed. You leave this main living area and walk under a covered walkway to the other 3 bedrooms on 2 floors. There are two bedrooms on the lower floor with a shared bathroom, and the other bedroom is located above with another bathroom and kitchenette. These bedrooms have private balconies with ocean views. All bedrooms have AC. There is high-speed fiber optic internet to the home. There is also a saltwater pool that is a wonderful spot for enjoying the sunset. The home is very well-built, using a mix of concrete and locally sourced wood, and it has been diligently maintained. The property itself is 1,245m2 in size.
The house is uniquely built into the jungle so that you can enjoy the incredible nature of the region while having premium access to the heart of Santa Teresa in under 5 mins!
