A VIP concierge will be at your service before and during your stay, assisting with transportation from the airport to Santa Teresa (by plane or car/shuttle) and arranging rentals for ATVs, Rhinos, or 4x4 vehicles, ready at the property’s parking lot. The home is spread over three levels, with each floor offering its own character.

GROUND FLOOR
The entrance level features a convenient half bathroom and a dedicated surf rack, making it easy to store your boards and beach gear after a morning in the waves!

FIRST FLOOR / LIVING & KITCHEN with AC
The main living level is designed for relaxed tropical living, with an open-plan kitchen, a dining table for four and a comfortable built-in bench where you can sit back with a coffee, a book or a glass of wine :).
The kitchen is one of the home's design highlights, featuring beautiful and distinctive yellow tiles that continue the home's unique blend of tropical warmth and European craftsmanship.
A small private balcony opens onto the surrounding greenery, adding another peaceful spot to enjoy the tropical atmosphere!
The living room also has a single sofa bed / twin mattress that can accommodate a 5th guest if needed. Note that this extra guest would have to use the half bathroom on the ground floor and a shower of one of the master bedrooms upstairs. This extra bed can be arranged just upon request and just for a 5th guest.
Air conditioning is available in the living room as well as both bedrooms.

SECOND FLOOR / TWO MASTER SUITES with AC

The first master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a large private terrace. This is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning or unwind after a day at the beach!
The room continues the home's signature design with its beautiful mint tiles and carefully selected materials.
The ensuite bathroom has a large sink and a big shower. The toilet is in separate enclosed area, providing greater privacy and allowing two people to use the bathroom more comfortably.

The second master bedroom is characterized by its beautiful soft light blue tiles, giving it a very peaceful ambiance!

A nice terrace with wood deck and tropical garden, gives a nice opening to the room.


While the house is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, gyms, Pilates studios and supermarkets, we recommend renting a means of transportation to really make the most of your stay and explore the beautiful beaches and surroundings of Santa Teresa!
Our favorite way to get around is by ATV or Rhino, although a 4x4 is also a great option, especially during the rainy season, when it can be nice to have a little extra protection from the rain :)


- Internet: We have fiber optic with 2 different providers so when one service goes down, we have the other as back up!
- Animals & Insects: Get ready to see wildlife in its natural habitat! Howler and white-faced monkeys often pass through the trees next to house, along with iguanas and raccoons! Being in Costa Rica, you might also spot harmless insects like ants, cockroaches or geckos, especially during the rainy season. Don’t worry, this is just part of the tropical environment, not a cleanliness issue!
- Power Outages: Power cuts are common in Santa Teresa and you may experience them during your stay. This is a normal part of the local environment.
- Humidity: Santa Teresa has an average annual relative humidity of 74%, with peaks up to 87% in October and lows around 71% in February. This high humidity can make it difficult for clothes to dry, especially during the rainy season. It’s completely normal for clothing to take longer to dry in these conditions.
