I liked it because it was close to harris ranch, and served a full breakfast and was good priced, but with that there was just a few things that should be done, It smelled of animal, in the room, and outside, a look at the floors were not completely cleaned the rug in my room had some left over candy or something near the door stuck in rug, and the bathroom had some dusty dirty corners, and in the walls still had left over residue from soap scum or cleaner on them, also there was no complementary shampoo, conditioner or soap in the dispensers (of course it is not a make or break deal, but if you paid for the room you should get what you pay for at 168 dollars a night) also the water pressure was very low, had to flush toilet several times to work. yes, they were going through renovations, but I find these things should never be missed.

This is an exceptionally nice hotel for such a simple location. It’s just a rest stop off the freeway for travelers. But this best western has very nice rooms and very friendly staff we were very happy to come into a room that was so clean and modern. Comfortable bed comfortable everything had a refrigerator had a coffee maker everything was clean we were very pleased.

Convenient and spacious rooms.

The area is under construction, but the room is excellent inside

Super lovely friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately bugs are just everywhere in this area. Including on the premises and in the room. Also was staying there with my dogs and a very loud fire alarm went off in the room in the morning right before we were leaving. Totally freaked out my dogs. Didn’t appear to happen in any other rooms (?!) This is a trucker stop type of hotel accommodation. Wouldn’t recommend for a family or couple.

It appears that the rooms have been remodeled and are very nice. Outside is still being done. Pool open and clean. Close to Harris Ranch which has take out available. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Very nice overall. We will come back. They have a grab and go breakfast wich is perfect.

Really nice hotel. Location is just at a crossroads off I-5 so not much to do or eat around there but it's a really nice hotel if you just need a place to sleep..

Clean, quiet, nice decor, well appointed room. Excellent choice of free breakfast!

At checkin, the desk clerk couldn't find my reservation for a few minutes. The newly remodeled bathroom was good looking. But the toilet seat needed to be tightened more and the toilet bowl was wobbling on the floor. The checkout clerk (same as before) noted the maintenance issues.

I just needed a quick stay along I-5 and I can usually trust staying at a best Westerns. Check-in was easy and quick, and the room was spacious and quiet that night. Even though it smelled like cows and farmland outside, it was not noticeable inside the room.

Nice and spacious Great breakfast Bed is a bit hard I got in after midnight. I already paid through Orbitz. And still I had to call back 2 days later because they had used my card that was supposed to just be for incidentals and charged me all over for the room. That part was frustrating and I'm still waiting for my account to show the refund

Traveling from northern California to Phoenix. Great place to stop for the night.

Very hard to find with the poorly written instructions on arriving at hotel

I experienced a restful night on my trip between LA and SF. Only negative was old Sylvania TV that did not receive all stations advertised (poor reception).

The room was nice, clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful. [...]

At night the hotel was dark and quiet enought to get a full nights sleep, had many amenitites in the as a 4 star hotel does. Compares very well to much more expensive hotels I have stayed at. Good for travel/business.
