Bravo employees

The entire employee team is excellent. From the front desk to grounds keepers to the breakfast ladies to the ladies who clean the rooms. Professional, warm, polite and on the job.the included breakfasts have good protein option. The only things I'd like to see inproved is washing down bird scat all over the walkways, which gets in rolling luggage and tracked into otherwise clean rooms. Also, closing breakfast at 8 30 Mondays through Fridays is rough if you're exhausted from a road trip and need more time and sleep. Please upgrade room coffee quality for the room price. Otherwise a good value. Again, kudos to the employees, and thank you

There were flies in the room. I think the property should’ve been sprayed for bugs on a weekly basis to control the amount of flies and insects. There were roaches on the outside trying to get in the rooms

Property was overrun with cats that used the areas outside the rooms as litter boxes. Area smelled badly of cat urine. Garbage was overflowing. This property looks like it is used more as monthly rentals.
