The Studio has: Full kitchen with everything you need, the garage converted into a TV room, the large and spacious living room with a 75-inch TV, the sofa turns into a bed and has two chairs that turn into a bed, a mobile bed, an air mattress, in other words, several options that best suit you for sleeping, behind a private area with a barbecue so you can enjoy the beautiful afternoons, space for 3 cars. This was a great option, especially during Coachella. It was a quick 15 minute trip to the festival and rider share was very accessible. The host was great and so was the property. We had an excellent stay.

My family and I shared this very cozy and cute home during the first week of Coachella. The owner was very communicative, the home was setup for comfort and short distance commuting to the surrounding attractions. We would definitely consider this location for future stays.

Excellent studio

We got away for our anniversary and stayed at the property. The whole community is nice and quiet. The studio is perfect for two people. When we went to cook would have been helpful to have a larger skillet. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will love to come back.
