Located on the water at the north end of Findley Lake, this beautifully remodeled 2 story property has spectacular lake views and 60 feet of lakefront. Relax on the second story deck or cool off by jumping in the lake from the lower level patio which is off the family room. Maximum occupancy is 8. The home offers 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and one memory foam queen size sleeper sofa. The property is within walking distance of Findley Lake’s quaint shops and restaurants. The property is available year round and is minutes from the ski slopes and golfing at Peak ‘n Peek Resort and 20 minutes from Chautauqua Institute. Check out the local wineries as they are within 15 minutes, located in North East, PA.
This property is turn key including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, gas grill, paddle board, kayaks and fire pit. It is possible that we can accommodate your boat depending on the size.

Beautiful Lakefront Property, every amenity!!

This is a great property directly on Findley Lake, house was up to date, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for an easy and relaxing vacation. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!

Short Family Vacay

We had four active adults, who also enjoy leisure, and an infant on this trip. The location is superb. We spent the days in the water, afternoon wandering around the precious village as well as enjoying the eatery options, and evenings playing games. This was perfect for us. Moreover, the home is tastefully decorated and the hosts clearly put a great deal of thought into the needs of guests. I didn’t need to go out and purchase anything. There are dozens of beach towels and even a game/family area. I also loved the layout design. It offers spaces for the collective group, but also areas to spread out and separate if you’d like to read a book or listen to music on your own. Thank you Scott and Amy for the thoughtful details :)

Most amazing view and great location!

We stayed 4 nights at the Lakehouse and it was such an amazing way to spend the end of our spring break! The kids LOVED hanging out on the dock and the kayaks that come with the rental were perfect to get out on the lake! The little town had the BEST deli, spirits store, gift shop, candle making store and overall charm! We were so thankful for the property owners - they were very responsive and Their home is absolute perfection! The view while having your morning coffee can’t be beat!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The home and views were beautiful and the property was exceptionally well equipped. The hosts were warm and helpful with any issues. The highlights included some lovely paddle board trips on the lake and just enjoying the water front patio- coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We will absolutely return!

The location cant be beat. It right on the water. Walk out lower level door and the lake is there. The home is nicely decorated and furnished. Nice and relaxing location. Perfect to kick back and enjoy a nice book and the view.

Amazing Stay!

We had such a nice time at this property! It was so nice and being on the lake was so beautiful! The home was very charming, quaint and was everything we wanted. The owners did an amazing job in communicating with us as well. The home also came with water toys which really made for a nice vacation. We kayaked, and used some of their floaties. We would definitely visit this home and area again.

Lake house paradise

Wonderful house, location with lots of fun! We all loved the house. It was so clean and the owners thought of everything. Our families enjoyed relaxing my the lake, swimming, paddling, soaking up sun, and enjoying nightly fires while the stars glittered overhead...so bright you could actually see the Milky Way. Beautiful, clean house right on the lake

Amy's house is clean, nicely decorated and offers many amenities. She provides just about everything you need for a relaxing get away. With the location of the house right on the water and the plentiful amounts of kayaks, rafts and other water toys, we spent most of our time enjoying the lake. Amy was responsive and very accommodating. We would love to return!

Family vacation on Findley Lake

Our family had an amazing week on Findley lake. Our grandchildren swam and really enjoyed the variety of floats, paddle boat and kayaks. It was a beautiful and relaxing place. We will definitely be back!

FIVE STAR LAKE PARADISE!!!!!

From our initial booking contact to the delightful homemade lemonade welcoming us, the hospitality of Amy and Scott was incredible. The location of their home, ON the lake couldn't be more perfect. The entire home - inside and out - was tastefully appointed and impeccably clean. The view - magnificent! The home's recreational offerings included a vast array of water toys, board games and a large screen TV. The cute little town is just steps away and it's just a short drive to picturesque Chautauqua and its acclaimed Institute. This property is a gem! We (5 people) would recommend Amy and Scott and this amazing property. We are looking forward to coming back! Thank you for sharing this happy lake home!
