I stayed there a weekend as a buffer time between business trips in mid December. As location the place is pretty far from the center so you need to take a taxi but they come very fast. The room itself was large , nice bed, I just loved the desk, good internet connection, a kettle, the only observation I have was that is was noisy even with the windows closed as I could see the road. The breakfast was ok, not excellent but ok, would of expected a bit more for the price. I'm a foodie I really care about this :) I tried the pool, not bad and it is one of the only ones opened in winter. Sauna was ok. But the lady at the reception made a whole scene how did we not figure it out that the number on the key is the locker number.. May I say it perfectly fitted into and opened another 3 lockers as I showed her. If It would not of worked perfectly I may of wondered about the number :) Maybe the pool needs a little renovation to look like a 4 star hotel but it works and we payed around 50 ron per stay. The hotel staff was friendly otherwise as one day I had to hang around there for like 5 hours after check out for my transfer I liked the food at the lounge, Avocado, I think and reasonable prices Overall a good stay but could of been more quiet and a bit friendlier (pool only).

This is the kind of hotel where you know exactly what you get for the money you spend. But here you will have also surprises, not always nice. I checked in at 9 pm and I barely managed to speak to the clerk because of the noise from a banquet in the saloon. The room was clean, and being located on the fifth floor it was quiet enough. Breakfast was ok, even they didn't refill the scrambbled eggs tank 30 minutes before the breakfast ends. So, it was an acceptable experience, but I wonder how can I pick up a hotel in Bucharest with better services and conditions for 110 eur/night. And the answer is: random!

Lousy services. They give us the key card to another already occupied room. They lost our informations for the invoice. Room not clean (glass stains on the desk). Slipers and robes available only if you call the desk office; we had to call twice to receive 2 pairs. Nice swimming pool, 2 saunas, a small gym (6-7 machines), with 360 panoramic view.

My room was located towards the street and it was very loud. It was impossible to open the window. The room seemed clean and was OK. The staff at the front desk was not as attentive and friendly as I would expect. Breakfast was OK.

I had a very pleasant business stay at Ramada in Cluj-Napoca. Room was clean and fit, the hotel was quiet and sleeping was good. The breakfast was also of good quality and variety, supported by friendly hostesses. It is a 5 min taxi ride from the center of Cluj, so I was able to exit 20 mins before my meetings and still be on time. A very nice impression indeed.

I Stayed in this hotel from 19 Oct 2016 to 5 Nov 2016 but the booking was done in three separate batches. Apparently my booking was from 17th Oct 2016 and I booked through website. I called website to cancel booking for just two nights and keep the rest of the booking. The hotel staff confirmed over the phone that it has been updated as per my request only find out that it wasnt when I checked in. Had to go through a bit of a hassle to get this confirmed. I stayed with my fiance and we ordered room service quite a few times and we left the plates and cutlery in the room. We left the room for the weekend and were surprised to see the room was not cleaned and the left over food and the cutlery were not removed until we put them outside the room. They don't refill coffee capsules unless you chase them. Also for replacing the coffee cups. After a certain point we just gave up and cleaned the coffee cups ourselves. We had to chase 3 times to get the coffee machine in the room fixed. We worked from the hotel a few times and never saw the room being vacuumed. For a 3 star hotel & for 110 Euros a night, you expect a bit of service but not really. The restaurant bar is pretty good. The lunch deal was pretty good and the quality of food was always good but this is true anywhere in Romania though. Food was always bloody delicious. The breakfast was quite a spread and very good.

We went for a little family vacation and ranted a sweet, but we received two ordinary rooms connected by a door, located in a separated wing of the hotel. The front desk lady told me that we must go outside to get to the main wing, where the swimmig pool is, despite I told her we are with a child and there is very cold outside. We discovered ourself that there is a way in fact to get there through the hotel, without having to go outside. The rooms smell funny and the only room cleaning in two days consisted of changing two towels and a roll of toilet paper. They did not even refill the minibar. The warm dishes at breakfast are cold in fact. The swimming pool is nicely located, but poorly taken care of. And all this, for 170€ per night.... this place must be evoided!!!

This place is overpriced for what it's offering. Carpet in the room is stained, lots of hair and stains on the furniture, coffee maker full of coffee traces from previous guest, only one set of towels in the bathroom. However breakfast offered a wide variety of food.

As an overall, Ramada is one of the two perfect places to stay in Cluj. However please avoid this place during the wedding season as they have some wedding venue right in the lobby of the hotel and beside the drunken wedding guests the music was so loud that you can hear it all the way to the 5th floor. In general, Ramada was my first choice to stay in Cluj but for now on I will go for the other option. Sleep quality: Room was really hot and bed were unusually uncomfortable. I guess it was just this room as I've stayed in other room along the time and it was better. Staff: Average, they often show poor hospitality skills. Food: Average, Ive had better food options for sure. Parking: Plenty, when there's no wedding and hotel guests had no room to park their cars. Conference rooms: Avarage, the equipment is old and poorly equipped. Out of all venues they have there's just one that is fine.

I am puzzeled with the Ramada. Location is still in walking distance to the city center, however directly at a main road. If you have a room to this road it can be very noisy. Room to se side are much more quite. The stand room on the lower floor offer the better rates however are a bid run down. Sleep quality is average as matresses are as comfortable as I would like them to be. Bathroom is average and woudl need soem renovation. Rooms at the higher floors must be bigger and in better shape as I got told, however rates are higher. Breakfast is ok.
