Very clean and well updated rooms. Really good breakfast. Close enogh to the city center. The staff is really helpful. It isn’t noisy, although it is really close to one of the maine roads in Cluj. I highly recommend it.

Not that far from the centre, but not so close either. Nice, clean rooms, and very good breakfast. Best thing is the wellness part: indoor swimming pool and they also have sauna! There are some (~8) closed parking space, but the rest are open air.

Yes, the gym and spa are nice. But what is it worth, if your room is directed towards the road with a noise level at closed windows like you were in the middle if a highway? Sleepless nights are guaranteed! Even worse: My wish to reserve a room which is NOT located towards the road is constantly ignored. This time and also last time. BTW, last time after complaining one of their managers promised me a quiet room, but somehow it was not communicated internally. So the next day I could one get some more apologies... but no other room. The following day the same... Now after around 20 stays I make a cut. This stay is gonna be my last one due to missing customer-orientation and miss-management.

I have been few times to this hotel. the last time it was in January 2018. It is a quite good hotel. The rooms are big enough, clean and comfortable. However, if you are unlucky and your room is facing the main street, the quality of the sleep will be very poor. Breakfast is good and the restaurant in the hotel is good as well. The reception staff is not the best. Some improvements would be welcome!

The Ramada is a good hotel. The room was modern, quiet, confortable and in good condition. The bed was good. The stuff very nice and helpful. The Spa is very nice, nice view grat pool. Good breakfast.

Arriving on a late flight from the uk. I arrived at the hotel at 1am I was hoping to get straight into bed. Unfortunately my bed wasn’t made. Housekeeping quickly sorted it, this was the only negative of the hotel. In general the hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. The reception were helpful and quick. The WiFi was also good.

Stayed for 4 nights on the executive floor. Room was a good size, nice bathroom and plenty of storage space. Nice executive lounge with 'free' drinks, pastries, chocolate and one warm dish. It was air-conditioned but only blew hot air, and the room was very hot even when you turned this off. opening the window made it much better, but there was quite a lot of traffic noise. The rooftop pool offers nice sunrise views and there is an open air balcony. Nice sauna and steam room. Pool is a good size for swimming lengths. Restaurant offers a varied menu, ate there on 2 nights and the food was very good. Breakfast was not the same quality and not really worth a visit. Walked into the old town once, took about 25 minutes. Some lovely buildings in the area, especially a church being restored with several fabulous copper domes. In the morning and evening rush hours the area became gridlocked at times.

Very good services, stuff is very helpful. Parking lots right in front of the hotel Spa and pool services are great. It's the only hotel I would stay when I come to Cluj. The food from the restaurant down stairs is great ... also the service. It's one of those place were you just book and you know for sure you're failing

Came here for a relaxing day at their spa and at first I was disappointed by the pool’s dimensions. From their website I’ve had the impression that’s bigger. Anyway, I was surprised to see how clean the spa was and the steamy sauna was amazing. I would’ve liked to have more training machines in the gym area, but thinking that it isn’t a proper gym, I guess it’s alright for a warm up, tho it can get really crowded if there are like 5 people in it. Luckily, when we came, it was just me and my boyfriend. Another minus would be that we couldn’t arrange our sunbeds next to each other. And the biggest minus would be their massages offer, we weren’t able to get one cuz apparently during the weekends they have just 1 masseur and he was unavailable. (We came on a Saturday). They don’t do reservations for the spa, tho I would suggest you call before. Like I said, it can get crowded easily. The staff was nice and responsive to our needs. Overall, I would come back here and even recommended it to my friends, not necessarily for its overall services, but there’s nothing similar in Cluj-Napoca.

Good location not far from old town centre this modern hotel provides comfortable rooms and good size comfy beds. We arrived late and left early so cannot really report on the main services or breakfast, but the front desk were helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. Sensible prices also.
