Property was ok, however there was No parking, next door beside our room was the horse stables for the Cobb n Co coach facilities and was noisy in the morning but not smelly. The AC in the room was very old and very noisy and was unable to sleep with it on. The general area was a little grotty, but inside the room was generally clean

The room was clean, quiet (road crew left early in the morning but were very quiet and considerate), comfortable and functional. The steak in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, if we ever stayed in Cloncurry again we would stay here.

We we very happy with the family room arrangement that was readily accessed on the ground floor and within an easy flat walk for one of us who is 80 and has bad knees. There is nothing bad about this hotel motel, which was a home a way from home for our family for one hot evening in October.
