Beautiful Apartment Close to NYC - Free Parking

Beautiful and newly renovated apartment is conveniently located one block away from Main Street where you can find restaurants, NJ Transit bus stop, Enterprise Car Rental, supermarkets, CVS pharmacy, laundromat and a child friendly park. 35 Mins to NYC without traffic (16.5 miles from Time Square). Parking space for one car is included. The area is very safe and the apartment is in a Drug Free School Zone.

The living room has a 4K 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +; a sleeping sofa and an air mattress (whichever you prefer to accommodate up to 6 guests). Every electrical outlet have USB charging ports. Laundry services are not available on the property. However, there is great wash and fold shop two blocks away at a really reasonable rate and has a 24 hour turn around. The apartment is located on the second floor of our two family house. Separate well lit entrance.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
