Our stay was great, property was very clean, place was awesome, we have stay at the property twice now. The Vrbo process has changed a bit the last year, a lot of details left out with check in information, thank goodness for the host, he ended up being our point on contact instead to the app saying emails will be sent and never was. Whatever the host is doing to maintain property keep it up good sir. Thank you

Perfect for a small family reunion!

Very comfortable seating and beds. There would have been plenty to do in the area if not for rainy weather but we were comfortable spending time together inside. An amazing binder of information is available with so many local activities/restaurants/ and entertainment options.

It served the purpose for a family accommodation

We stayed to attend a football game at Browns stadium. The house was clean and pretty well maintained . It did have an odd smell like cigarettes and cat urine. It was a bit unpleasant. The beds and baths were good. The kitchen could be a little better equipped with enough silverware and coffee mugs for the 10 as listed in capacity. Also, would suggest a TV in every room. All in all in was good, just did not like the smell.

Girls Weekend

Jake has been such an accommodating host! Very responsive to messages. This was the perfect place to house 7 guests for a few nights. The house was comfortable and in a very nice location. Neighbor Dave is very friendly and helpful if needed.

Triple Theat: Great house, Awesome Location, Wonderful Host!

The house is perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of space and a great layout to allow family connections but also have personal space. It’s very clean, updated, and everything is in great working condition. And the location is amazing! It’s very peaceful and feels very safe. It’s walking distance to Lake Erie or a quick bike ride or drive to a state park. And the main Mentor shopping area is only 15 minutes away. Jake is an awesome host! He was so willing to accommodate on some special requests and always responds to inquiries right away. He was even kind enough to show us the house before booking since we were in the area. If you are fortunate enough to see this property available for your dates, don’t pass it up!

Would stay here again

We had a great stay! The rooms were bigger than I was expecting, the beds were super comfortable, and the living room was a very pleasant place to hang out after the kids were in bed. It was also really nice to have two full bathrooms, one of which has a tub.

Golf Vacation

This was a very nice house to stay in. 2 very nice bathrooms and the 4 bedrooms very spread out. The beds were comfortable and the pillows too. I come to Cleveland once a year with 3 friends to play golf and this will be the house we stay in going forward. Thank you for sharing the home with us!

Pleasant stay at Eagle’s Nest in Mentor

We enjoyed a relaxing week at Eagle’s Nest near Headland Beach State Park. We had everything we needed at the house and a nice patio as well. There was plenty of seating indoors and out, and the beds were quite comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and within a short walk of views of Lake Erie. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and hit all three breakfast places as well as others. Nice proximity to Madison Ohio wineries, and Headlands Beach State Park was good for sunbathing and walking trails.
