Bad Communication

I never got to stay here. I was on my flight to Cleveland so my phone was on airplane mode. When I landed, I got a message saying that the owner canceled my reservation. The reason he gave was because "the previous guest did not leave." The Cleveland Guardians had a playoff game that day and all VRBOs were booked for a very high rate and I suspect that is why my reservation was canceled because I booked months ahead of time when rates were cheap. Goes to show, money beats loyalty every time.
