Great views. Surly unhelpful staff, except for the bartender who was friendly and extremely attentive. The rooms are on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I asked for a room with a view of the golf course and wad given a small attic like room with a slanted wall that I kept hitting with my head. The breakfast was fine.

Unfortunately, most unique in this hotel is the mix of arrogance and laziness of the staff. Their creed is “We are here to ignore you!” For instance, the lady at the reception just turns her back on you and continues to chat with a colleague. Very appropriately they often play the song "Turn around, bright eyes!" Due to their extreme laziness, they misinform the guests all the time (wrong phone numbers, wrong opening hours, etc etc) If you ask for a receipt after paying, another arrogant member of the staff growls "I have nothing to give you! Perhaps I`ll send something by e-mail." It´s a pity the staff is so awful, because the landscape is very beautiful. Where does this staff train?

The reception is only available until 6.30 PM and the rooms don´t have air condition. But the rooms are quite large for this price range, the location is pretty and the restaurant serves tasty food

What a wonderful stay. We had a family room and it was amazing. The room was huge and had an upstairs room for the children to stay in with its own TV. My children were so excited to have their own secret room in the loft. The hotel was so quiet and we had a lovely nights stay with an excellent breakfast in the morning. Would definitely return

Very nice place to stay.

Great place to stay. Amazing views, great selection at the bar. Room was perfect. Breakfast was fabulous. Dinner was not so great. Everything was over cooked. We ordered steak medium rare, and a red ahi tuna steak...both were cooked through and well done—not how it should come. But the service was great and the rest of our stay very enjoyable.
