The room was comfortable however there was NO HOT WATER! After a long day on the road all I was looking forward to was a hot shower, and it was cold. I thought perhaps because I was last in the complex but at 4.30am this morning it was still cold. I am travelling for work and have an important meeting this morning and not happy I couldn't have a hot shower first!

Due for a renovation. Lighting on the staircase was very poor in the dark and stairs difficult to negotiate. My wife tripped and fell and the property is leaving itself open to litigation. I would recommend that this is attended to immediately as it will result in problems in the future. New pillows are required.

Awful.

I ended up in hospital for the first night of the trip and no one stayed in the room. A friend was able to go in Sunday evening and collect the key. On Monday evening when my husband and I went to the hotel room for the first time, it had not been cleaned since the previous guest. My husband went back to see staff, they offered a different room but given that I am not mobile enough to manage walking up or down stairs a staff member came and put fresh linen on the bed instead. My husband spoke to that staff member and they said they would refund the first night given the situation and that we had not stayed. We have not received a refund or know if that has been processed from their end.
