Located in a pedestrian street of the central plateau, a few meters from the Cathedral of Clermont Ferrand and close to all amenities, the location of this apartment on the first floor of a small building will be the ideal asset of your stay in our capital " bougnat! "


STAY, KITCHEN:
A fully equipped kitchen, domino vitro ceramic, fridge, microwave, mini oven, toasted bread, Senseo coffee maker, kettle (tea and coffee available). A large central island can accommodate 4 people to enjoy comfortably our best specialties.

In the living room a sofa bed (140x200), a flat screen, coffee table.
For the most music-loving travelers, a Bluetooth speaker is at your disposal but we have also thought of guest on business trips!
For them a corner office is available (desk lamp, ethernet plug, USB plug) and of course broadband internet with wifi.

BATHROOM :
A bathroom with a large Italian shower, vanity unit and mirror, towel radiator, I put at your disposal a hair dryer. A washing machine 5kg is at your disposal.

WC:
The toilet is separated, you will find in this space a washing machine 5 Kg which will be at your disposal and a storage space.

BEDROOM :
A room with double bed 140x200, thick memory mattress with 4 seasons duvet and all the bed linen needed for your stay, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

I put at disposal, an ironing board and of course an iron.
The apartment is soundproofed and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Gemütliche Wohnung in zentrale Lage

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter trotz dessen Abwesenheit, Check-in mit Schlüsselbox einwandfrei. Die Wohnung liegt in einem historischen Gebäude, was am Treppenhaus noch deutlich zu erkennen ist. Mit sperrigem Gepäck ist die Treppe durch die über Putz verlegten Wasserrohre etwas eng. Nach Betreten der Wohnung, die im ersten Stock liegt, fühlt man sich in ein modernes Ambiente versetzt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Toilette liegt vom Bad getrennt, die Dusche ist sehr angenehm. Das Bett war bequem, allerdings ist die Matratze in der Mitte bereits weicher als am Rand, was einen gewissen Kuhleneffekt mit sich bringt. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu einem ruhigen kleinen Innenhof, der etwas ungepflegt wirkt. Man kann aber gut bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben allerdings nichts gekocht. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben: nach unserem Hinweis auf den Lichtausfall im Treppenhaus wurde vom Vermieter sofort an nächsten Morgen ein Elektriker geschickt und das Problem wurde behoben. Parken auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen zwei Querstraßen entfernt hat bei uns funktioniert, aber keine Garantie. Kosten: 19:00-9:00 frei. Tagsüber bis 2,5 Stunden okay mit 3,20€, danach schnellen die Preise in die Höhe. Man kann aber nach Ablauf erneut für 2,5 Stunden bezahlen. Alternativ gibt es wohl im Parkhaus Blaise Pascal eine Ermäßigung für Bewohner. Insgesamt empfehlenswert, keine echten No Gos. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

BEST HOST EVEEER!

Multi language post ------------------ Très professionnel et disponible! Yann a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eut un soucis, il n'a pas hésité à se déplacer tard le soir pour nous aider, encore merci! L'appartement est très propre et cosy en plus d'être situé en plein centre-ville (magasin de cookies et resto péruvien juste au pied de l'appart, la petite rue commerçante est calme). Nous reviendrons! ------------------ Very professionnal and avaible! Yann was really reactive when we had an issue and he didn't hesitate to came late in the evening to help us, many thanks! The flat is really clean and cosy, and most of all very well located (there's a cookie bakery and a peruvian restaurant in the calm little commercial street at the foot of the appartment) We'll come back!
