Whether you're here for football, concerts, graduation, lake days, or a relaxing weekend in the foothills, Mountain Laurel Retreat is the ideal home base. This gorgeous home features a variety of sleeping options with FOUR bedrooms (including two king beds, one queen bed, one full/twin bunk bed combo and a secondary twin bed), perfect for families or groups. With 3.5 bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of space and privacy. FULLY EQUIPPED kitchen, linens, and towels. The outdoor living space is a highlight of the home. The backyard is PRIVATE, spacious, functional, and perfect for gathering. The backyard features a COVERED DECK and a large concrete PATIO with outdoor lighting, ample seating, and a FIRE PIT. The long driveway provides PARKING for multiple vehicles, making it ideal for game days and entertaining.

Located LESS THAN A MILE FROM CAMPUS, this home offers quick and convenient access to many of Clemson’s most popular destinations. Memorial Stadium, Doug Kingsmore Stadium, and Littlejohn Coliseum are all just minutes away. Golf enthusiasts will love having WALKER COURSE right across the street. For lake access, the new SENECA CREEK BOAT RAMP on Lake Hartwell is less than a 10-minute drive.
