Tasteful, modern heart in traditional Alsace house

We have enjoyed the week at Mireille’s house. I may not need to repeat all detail of previous excellent feedback about the well-designed interior and the relaxing garden. It felt like a representation of a modern woman with good taste and a warm welcoming heart. That is exactly how we experienced Mireille as a person. She is a wonderful host, very kind, considerate, caring and did everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Thank you very much, Mireille.

Quiet and relaxing Alsace holiday

We stayed in this lovely house for 10 days in August. We particularly enjoyed the garden (complete with chairs and tables, treehouse and swing set), the quiet location, and our very friendly hosts. Cleebourg is quiet and relaxing but very close to the shops, restaurants, swimming pool, etc. of Wissembourg, so it was a perfect base for us and our four year old. There are walks very nearby, as well as a fantastic playground (Foret d’Adventure), and—further afield—the Alsace wine route, Colmar, and across the German border, Baden-Baden and a wild animal park that is about 25 minutes from the house. We didn’t try many local restaurants but can recommend the Cave (in Cleebourg) and Patisserie Daniel Rebert (Wissembourg). Really a very nice place for our family holiday: would recommend to anyone interested in exploring the quieter corners of Alsace.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im ruhigen Cleebourg, das noch viele schöne, typische Fachwerkhäuser hat und von Rebbergen umgeben ist. Wir sind sehr freundlich von der Mutter der Besitzerin Mireille Jautzy empfangen und eingeführt worden. Sehr gastfreundlich sind uns Snacks, Kaffeepulver, Konfitüre, Bier und lokaler Wein bereitgestellt worden. Im prächtigen alten Garten durften wir uns mit frischen Äpfeln, Trauben und Nüssen bedienen. An kühlen Herbsttagen funktioniert die Heizung einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung bietet viele einsame Wanderwege an. Zum Abschied hat uns Mireille zusammen mit ihrem Ehemann ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk mit lokalen Bonbons und eigener Konfitüre übergeben - einfach grossartig!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In dem großen Garten lässt es sich richtig gut entspannen. In Wissembourg (ca 7 km von Cleebourg) lässt es sich gut einkaufen. Es gibt mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäcker, Metzger …wer Erholung sucht, findet diese auf jeden Fall in Cleebourg. Unsere Vermieterin Mireille haben wir zwar nur bei der Abreise gesehen, aber per WhatsApp war sie immer erreichbar. Der Ceckin erfolgte mit Mutter und Sohn. Auch die beiden waren sehr zuvorkommend, wir hatten wirklich zehn sehr schöne Tage in Cleebourg, die viel zu schnell vergangen sind.

Wat een geweldig huis en prachtige tuin. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, en de tuin is heerlijk om in te verblijven. Schitterende omgeving, voldoende te zien.Meer dan een geweldige gastvrouw! Wegens familieomstandigheden moesten we eerder naar huis. Het was hartverwarmend hoe Mireille hier mee omging. We zijn haar hier nog steeds erg dankbaar voor.

Schöne Unterkunft im Elsass

Sehr idyllischer Aufenthalt im Elsass mit viel Engagement der Gastgeberin.Das Haus ist von innen schön renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Von außen ist es noch etwas baufällig, aber es kommt ja auf die inneren Werte an. Zudem lädt win verwunschener Garten zum verweilen ein. Die Straße runter gibt es ein Restaurant und ansonsten sind wenige Auto-Minuten weiter weitere Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Man sollte es aber schon eher ländlich mögen. Im Ort selbst lässt sich schön (durch die Weinberge) spazieren. Ich denke wir waren nicht das letzte Mal vor Ort . Herzlichen Dank für die sehr ausgeprägte Gastfreundschaft sowie die reibungslose Kommunikation!

Ruhe und Entspanung

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal hier. Wir fühlen uns einfach wohl hier: die Umgebung ist wunderschön und zu jeder Jahreszeit gibt es Neues zu entdecken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr urig und gemütlich, man kann auch prima im großen Garten sitzen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großen Garten in schöner Lage!

Wir haben uns als Familie in dem Ferienhaus in Cleebourg sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist innen komplett renoviert und sehr schön eingerichtet worden. Das Bad ist toll und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr groß und ideal zum Spielen oder Entspannen geeignet, wobei sich zudem direkt nebenan ein Fußball-/Basketballplatz befindet! Der Ort inmitten der Weingegend ist hübsch und verfügt über mehrere Restaurants/Weinstuben. Wanderungen können direkt an der Haustür gestartet werden, interessante Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele (Baumwipfelpfad mit Abenteuerspielplatz, das sehr hübsche Wissenbourg, mehrere Burgen/-ruinen etc.; auch Straßbourg und Karlsruhe sind innerhalb von 45 Minuten zu erreichen). Ein besonderer Dank gilt der Besitzern Mireille. Sie war stets erreichbar, hatte viele Tipps und bei Ankunft und Abreise Geschenke für uns und unsere Kinder besorgt. Das war wirklich unglaublich lieb. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für diese schönen 8 Tage bei Ihr bedanken und werden sicher wiederkommen!

historisches Anwesen mit schön renovierter Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Objekt genossen. Die Wohnung in diesem historischen Anwesen ist sehr schön renoviert. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind modern eingerichtet. Die übrigen Zimmer historisch. Eine schöne Kombination! Leider konnten wir den schönen großen Garten nicht so genießen, da wir wegen der Hochzeit unseres Sohnes nicht die ganze Zeit anwesend sein konnten. Für Familien mit Kindern ist das Anwesen ein Traum. Alle Kontakte mit der Gastgeberin Mireille waren sehr angenehm. Der Check-in mit dem Schlüsselsafe war hervorragend und völlig unkompliziert. Idyllischer Rückzugsort mit wunderbaren Gastgebern!

Als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (2 und 7 Jahre) war das Haus mit riesigem Garten ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort für uns. Der kleine Ort Cleebourg ist idyllisch mit seinen Fachwerkhäusern, eingebettet in den Weinbergen. Das Haus ist von außen noch nicht ganz fertig renoviert, innern allerdings alles neuwertig und top saniert. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll mit wenigen ausgewählten Möbelstücken, die Betten, Handtücher und Bettwäsche hervorragend! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eignet sich hervorragend, sich selbst zu versorgen. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und der große Garten voller Obststräucher und Bäume war perfekt für die Kinder. Praktisch für uns war auch, dass sich das Hoftor verschließen lässt und die Kinder nicht auf die Straße rennen können – auch wenn hier kaum Autos fahren. Ausflugsziele gibt es viele in der Region. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich im Nachbarort wenige Kilometer entfernt. Mireille und Bruno sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die uns herzlich willkommen haben und mit Geschenken überrascht. Danke für die wunderbare Woche!

Week-end au calme

Accueil souriant et agréable. Toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter de ce week-end en famille. Corbeille d’accueil avec café, infusion et confiture maison excellente ! Tout est mis en place pour le bien vivre dans ce village au milieu des vignes. Maison ancienne, chaleureuse et décorée avec goût, équipée au maximum. Un jardin relaxant et entièrement clôturé, des arbres fruitiers (mirabelles, pommes, poires) à cueillir. mise à disposition de jouets extérieur pour les enfants, livres, jeux de société pour tous. De nombreuses visites et des découvertes culinaires régionales. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, une parenthèse de calme avant la reprise.

Proche de la perfection

Accueil et rapports avec la bailleuse excellents. Un salon de 50 m2 et un grand jardin en plus de la cour. Bon marché pour ces prestations. Il reste à réparer le lave-linge, à déboucher la douche et à nettoyer les poubelles plus régulièrement. Un micro-onde pourrait être apprécié. Très beau village dans une région remarquable à 1/2 h de l'Allemagne. Les confitures de la bailleuse sont exquises.

Eine hübsche Ferienwohnung mit einem schönen Garten

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben es sehr genossen im Garten zu sitzen und zu essen. Ganz liebevoll waren auch die Geschenke der Vermieterin. Umgeben von Weinbergen kann man auch sehr schön wandern (vorrausgesetzt das Wetter spielt mit). Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr toll ausgestattet. Die Matratzen liegen sich gut und ich habe erfreut festgestellt, das alle Bezüge aus reiner Baumwolle waren. Das Haus war bei heißer Aussentemperatur angenehm kühl und so war es leicht gut zu schlafen. Besonders schön war der liebevolle Gruß zu Beginn des Urlaubs. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

ANKOMMEN UND WOHLFÜHLEN

Die Tage in dem ruhigen und schönen Ferienhaus haben wir sehr genossen. Der herrliche Garten mit seinen schattigen Plätzen war der ideale Aufenthaltsort bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen. Vom Haus aus kann man die malerische Umgebung mit ihren sanften Hügeln und Weinbergen zu Fuß erkunden und Wissembourg mit seinen beeindruckenden historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäften liegt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.
