Master Suite (Bedroom 1): California King pillow-top mattress with down-alternative pillows and 100% cotton sateen sheets. Ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large soaking tub. This room shares a spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub with the connected bedroom, which features a Queen memory foam mattress with 100% cotton sateen sheets, dresser, nightstands, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, electric fireplace, and TV with Firestick and remote - perfect for children, teens, or adult guests seeking privacy while staying close to the kids’ room.

EXTERIOR CAMERA

A video doorbell camera is located at the front entrance and monitors the entryway and driveway. It allows us to remotely manage the property, assist guests when needed, and provide an added layer of security. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & GUEST MESSAGES

After booking, you'll receive a welcome message with a link to complete your rental agreement in our guest portal. Once it's signed, you'll automatically receive your check-in instructions, seasonal pool information (when applicable), and check-out details.
