The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. Enjoy the soothing living room with gas fireplace, golf course view, and park-like setting. AC, WiFi, grassy lawn, chip and put course surrounding the house, Smart TV's in all bedrooms (as well as living room and loft), and more. Gourmet kitchen with Viking Appliances and granite counters with all the utensils you'll need for a gourmet meal. The upstairs loft with big screen Smart TV, balcony, fireplace, and surround sound if perfect for catching the game or a movie. Step into the indoor sauna to relax after a day golfing, swimming, biking, skiing, snowboarding, etc. Or, take a dip in the private hot tub. Walk a few minutes to Dawson Park, or hop on a bike and cruise the many trails in Suncadia. Take a stroll up to the Suncadia Lodge, or the winery, or a short bike ride into Roslyn for coffee, bars, restaurants, and other amenities. Take a stroll down to the river, or a short drive to Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum for some summer fun! Boat and snowmobile rentals are located in Ronald, just a 10-15 minute drive away! Access to Suncadia Swim & Fitness is not available with this rental, and the garage is locked off for the owners only. There is a storage room for your use and for garbage can access on the left side of the garage. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay in this luxury home.
