Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren für 2 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben dort ein Team Meeting mit 15 Personen abgehalten. Für große Gruppen ist die Villa perfekt, wenn man sich ein Doppelzimmer teilen möchte. Fast alle Zimmer haben direkt ein Badezimmer angrenzend und einige Zimmer zusätzlich zu dem Doppelbett noch ein Einzelbett stehen. Es gibt auf allen Etagen Küchen, die insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet sind. Die Hausbesitzerin war im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthalts jederzeit Telefonisch erreichbar und der Austausch mit ihr war immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl. Die Villa Hoheneck liegt an einem schönen Fleckchen im Harz und ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhafte Location für eine kleine Familien-Hochzeit

Wir haben die Villa Hoheneck für eine Hochzeitsfeier im kleinen Familienkreis gemietet und hätten keine bessere Wahl treffen können. Alle Verpaarungen hatten ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und auch fast alle ein eigenes, vollständiges Badezimmer. Ausnahmslos alle Gäste waren mehr als begeistert von der gewählten Location. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern lief super entspannt, freundlich und zuvorkommend ab, es blieben keine Wünsche und Fragen offen! ^^ Trotz starkem Schneefall konnten wir mit den Mitteln Vorort auch den Parkplatz sowie die Auffahrt räumen und streuen. Das einzige kleine Manko, aus der Anzeige wurde leider nicht klar, dass die Feuerstelle in der Auffahrt nicht genutzt werden darf. Nach einem Telefonat wurden wir da allerdings auch sehr nett aufgeklärt. Zusammengefasst also eine klare Empfehlung für Familienfeiern oder Zusammenkünfte in dieser Größe! :)

Schönes Wochenende mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben das Wochenende mit Familie und Freunden dort verbracht und waren 18 Personen. Man kann vom Haus aus direkt Wanderungen unternehmen, was super ist. Das Haus ist prinzipiell gut ausgestattet, wenn allerdings alle gemeinsam essen wollen, stößt man an Grenzen. Bei voller Nutzung der Kapazität des Hauses sollte man sich schon sehr gut kennen, da 4 der 6 Badezimmer/Toiletten nur über die Schlafzimmer erreichbar sind, was nachts störend sein kann. Das Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock hat keine Tür und ist sehr klein. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus vor Ort älter als auf den Bildern, die Badezimmer und z.T. die Küchen wurden aber renoviert. Die Angaben zur Mülltrennung und Entsorgung, insbesondere für das Altglas könnten in der Beschreibung genauer sein. Uns hat es alles in allem gut gefallen und wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende.
