Forest and water are your immediate neighbors here. Located on the outskirts of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, on a lake, the holiday park at the Waldsee offers peace and quiet from the hectic everyday life. Activities nearby: Clausthal-Zellerfeld is a state-approved climatic health resort and winter sports area. The main attraction in the Clausthal district is the market church "Zum Heiligen Geist", the largest wooden church in Germany with its striking towers. The district of Buntenbock as a small climatic health resort with no through traffic with its beautiful surroundings and its unique Harzer Klöppelstube is traded as an insider tip.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,bei den folgenden Punkten handelt es sich um eklatante Mängel, die so nicht hinnehmbar sind und leider zu sehr viel Unmut der Reisebeteiligten geführt haben. 1.Mangel: kein Seeblick Buchung: Seeblick Vor Ort: kein Seeblick Seeblick war das Hauptkriterium dieses Ferienhaus zu buchen --20 % Preisminderung 2.Mangel: Schlafräumlichkeiten entspricht nicht der beschriebenen AufteilungBuchung: Zimmer1 EG 2x Einzelnbetten, Zimmer 1, Zimmer2 EG 1x Einzelbett, Doppelbett 1.OGVor Ort: Zimmer1 EG 1x Einzelnbetten (140cm), Zimmer2 EG 1x Einzelbett , Doppelbett 1.OGEin 140 cm Bett unter einer Schräge, wo keine zwei normal großen Personen schlafen konnten. Konsequenz ein Ehepaar konnte nicht gemeinsam im Bett schlafen und musste sich für die Dauer des Urlaubs räumlich trennen. -- 20 % Preisminderung 3.Mangel: Garten Der Grünsteifen um das Haus hat wenig mit einem Garten zu tun. Die vorhandene Grünfläche war wenig gepflegt und bestand aus Unkraut und Moss und war überwiegend von Bäumen flankiert, sodass keine Sonne vorhanden war. -- 10 % Preisminderung 4.Mangel: Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht den WohnbeispielenLeider war auch das Erscheinungsbild der Unterkunft insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hatte wenig mit den „Wohnbeispielen“ im Inserat gemeinsam. --10 % Preisminderung Wir erwarten eine Rückmeldung bis zu 04.08.2025, zwecks gütlicher Einigung.Mit freundlichen GrüßenDr. Matthias Koj
