Welcome!The newly renovated Pension "Waldfrieden" is surrounded by beautiful forests and meadows, an oasis of quiet and nature. Hikers, nature lovers, mountain bikers and cross-country skiers will find in the idyllic recreation, relaxation and pure experiences.

The resort Buntenbock is located in the center of Clausthal plateau in 600 m height. Surrounded by meadows, forests and 65 ponds that belong to the so-called 'Upper Harz Water shelf' and are recognized as a cultural monument provides the recognized health resort in the highlands a slight bracing climate. The meadows, woods and ponds invite to long and relaxing walks. Even winter guests are welcome to try out the cross-country skiing and ski resorts.
