Thanks for being so visual from the highway and easily accessible My grandbaby girl, myself & two puppies had been driving all day from Iowa back to Florida and so grateful that you had a room available Thanks for your hospitality and cinnamon rolls and Coffee in the am before we continued our travel home to Florida. Lol. Grandbaby girl loved the Orange Juice too
I booked this room for a funeral and after reading reviews thought the price was good. After checking in after a 13 hour drive I found a dirty musty room and was given a rolling city for my son that was rusty riped and torn. The beds are uncomfortable and old, as is the rest of the room. There were bugs on the floor in bathroom and dirt and mold above shower where it meets the wall. Overall stay away from their place as the price is not right. I should have demanded a refunded and checked in to one of the other 3 hotels in vacinity.
This is our 4th visit to Clarksville Tn. We have a grandbaby there. We will no longer have to try another place. We will be staying there every time.
I've been staying at different Super 8's lately and found this one to be a lot more worn than the others. It's been updated, but the furnishings could really use more updating. I was looking for a very reasonable place to get off the interstate for the night and this filled the bill fine. The room was clean and bedding comfortable. They gave me an extremely good rate especially with the microwave and frig included. The breakfast was very limited compared to the other Super 8's and the dining area only consisted of 2 tables. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had one issue that they addressed promptly and was very appreciative of my informing them.
The only improvement I would recommend is having microwaves in the rooms. Great other than that.
The owner told us to go find another hotel if we didn’t like rooms. The breakfast was nasty. And the rooms were worse. Needs to be over hauled and built new..
Generally we prefer Super 8 when we travel. And this trip was no exception. We liked the accommodations. the front desk person was pleasant and very helpful. The room was good, with everything as it should be.
The hotel clerk was nice, bathroom was dirty and it didn't look like maintenance had ever been there. Outlets were falling out of the walls, paint peeling. For the price it was alright
This is probably the nastiest place I have ever stayed. It was so bad we drove to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies to clean our room before anyone was allowed to touch anything. The coffee pot looked as if it had never been cleaned, the clothing rack was held together with electrical tape, there were white crusty stains on the blankets, what appeared to possibly be a blood stain on the sheet, the room stunk, the telephone was broken and when we asked for a late check-out because the phone was broken, (in fact we had no phone as we took it to the office to get it replaced because the front desk could not hear us when trying to talk with him) we actually had no phone in the room at all, thus no wake up call and despite asking if they could send someone to wake us up, they never did. The room was so bad, I slept on top of the covers after saturating them in Lysol spray. When asking for an extra 30 minutes to get packed up and leave, we we're accused of "making an excuse to stay longer" which was the furthest thing from the truth. The last thing we wanted was to spend even a second longer in this pit, but since we could not get a wake up Call or someone to at least come and knock on the door in the absence of a phone, we needed just enough time to load the car and get back on the road.
I rented this room because my mom broke down and I had to drive out of state to go get her. This was the single most awful experience I have ever had. I would have preferred to spend more and get decent service if my mom had funds for transportation to another location. The owner is rude and does not respect client wishes. I booked a specific room and she changed it because she didn't think that we needed those specific accommodations (smoking/nonsmoking and double bed/single). I did not get what I paid for and there was no discount or apologies made for the rude service. The owner also gave my mom a hard time at check in when I paid for the room. The owner made a huge deal about me confirming that I was the one that paid. My mom called to tell me this and I could hear the owner berating my mom in the background. I drove to the location to pick up my mom, then the owner stated that she had no even looked at the conformation email I sent till the next day when I signed the receipt. I am absolutely disgusted with this place of business. No one needs to be treated like my mom was by the owner of this establishment for any reason.
