You get what you paid for. The breakfast was minimal at the least. A couple slices of bread, rotten banana, and 1/2 a craft of milk was offered for breakfast. Could definitely use approvement in this area. However, faith the maid was incredible. She is a grandma type who adores kids. Her customer service was outstanding!!
Stopped for the night while passing through the area. Desk clerk at check in was friendly and helpful. She made sure our two rooms were next door to each other. Rooms were clean but could use some updating. Bathroom door wouldn't shut completely, bathroom needs painted and a new shower curtain. Breakfast was offered but we chose to go elsewhere so I don't know what was available. We were three women traveling through and felt safe spending the night. There was truck parking next door but we didn't hear anything during the night. Peaceful nights sleep.
This was an old motel but the staff was pleasant and it was clean. There were few guests so it was quiet. The breakfast area was very small and the breakfast barely qualifies as a Super Start breakfast. The rolls were not in their original wrappers. I could go on---.
Hotel appearance is ok rooms are rundown hotel furniture is old finish is coming off beeds are cheap and hard not up to standard of other super8
Worst motel I have stayed at in 30 years! Huge dead spider in bathroom! Hair in bathroom! Bedding looked like it was 50 years old! Breakfast included was a joke! Couple of packs of instant oatmeal, powdered donuts & bread! Owners kids were running around eating! If I was Super 8 I would take down my sign as quick as possible! Earlier in the week I stayed at a Super 8 in Monett, MO that looked like the Taj Mahal compared to the Clarksville East dump! Makes me question whether to every trust this chain again!
Everything was clean and comfortable. The shower control was "interesting." There was no hard off position for the handle. You simply rotate it around until you observe the water has ceased flowing, and then remove your hand from the handle, as you've succeeded at the undertaking.
we checked in and immediately had to go and buy air freshener the room smelled horrible , we stayed 2 days and the room wasnt cleaned, our toilet stopped up we told the maid and they were kind enough to leave us a plunger, we told the owner of the motel and all she could say was thank you. lousy motel, wouldnt recommend super 8 to a dog
Requested a pet room for my small dog and when we opened the room door it smelled like a zoo! You would think with the extra cost for pets, they could clean the carpets more often. Black mold around the top of the shower insert and dirty, old tub. Thin blanket on bed with no extras set out in room and the bedspread looked like it was make out of drape material. Very slippery and kept sliding off them bed. Walls needed to be painted. Needed updating. Continental breakfast was a joke. Dry cereal in containers with a note the milk was in their refrigerator. Waffles sitting next to bread on a tray to out in toaster and small cinnamon rolls still in plastic bag. Front Door had gap in the bottom and lit the room in the morning. On a positive note they did had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Would not return.
Went for a jacuzzi room for a date night with hubby was able to kinda fill up tub 1/2 way once with not even Luke warm water- it was cold!! we waited & waited, water never got hot & thats the main reason we went to relax & enjoy the jacuzzi tub together!! Never got a chance to, we were very disappointed!! beds very springy & uncomfortable, room sucked for $123 for a night I expected a lot more , management was the only good thing about hotel they were very nice, friendly & polite. Will not stay again
I stayed overnight with my family on a Saturday night. It was great...clean, quiet, free parking, continental breakfast and a great staff. I would recommend this motel to a friend. We felt safe. It's across the street from the police station. Several shopping centers and restaurants were less than a mile away. It's also near the interstate.
