Eagle's Nest - 2 bed 2 bath cabin on the Elk River

Eagles Nest is our home away from home, so we’ve provided everything we think someone could need. The living room, porch, and patio have the best view of the Elk River in the resort. The kitchen is well equipped and ready to prepare a snack -- or a full Thanksgiving dinner. The patio (with charcoal grill) overlooks the Elk River, and has stunning mountain views, hummingbirds, a grass semi-private play area, and close access to the Lower Glen staircase. The bathrooms are updated with a large shower or tub, granite counters, modern sinks, and bathroom heaters. The living room has a queen leather sleeper couch, two comfy recliners, a rock fireplace, and smart television. The dining table can be expanded to seat up to 6 comfortably. An extra folding table and chairs are also included. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Pros:*Property was clean*The restaurant / bar on site was delicious*Great sized place*Kitchen fully stocked with suppliesCons:*The master bed was horrible. If I can submit a photo of it I will. Defined indents on either side.*received a call on our first morning to say the fireplace wasn’t working. Great. No issue. 5 minutes later there is a guy outside of our kitchen window staring in at me in my pajamas. There was no mention from the property manager people were going to be fixing said fireplace issue that instant. When I went to let the office know that it was not appreciated, hat they called to tell me not to use the fireplace but failed to mention there would be people showing up to work on the roof, the response was “sorry. They’re only going to be on the roof for a little bit”. There went my relaxing morning. She did offer a small refund but wondering if that will actually happen.
