Chipmunk has close access to and a view of the playground. Suitable for a young family. It is close to two Loft units and lends itself to large group gatherings. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a double bottom/twin top bunk bed in the second bedroom. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room.
