Family home set in the countryside of Civrieux, northeast and close to Lyon, at the gateway to the Dombes and near Beaujolais, in the heart of the Trévoux Saône Vallée "land of art and history." Discover the Parc des Oiseaux in Villars-les-Dombes or the charming villages of Pérouges and Ars-sur-Formans, a pilgrimage site.



Accommodates up to 12 guests. This former Dombes farmhouse from 1850, fully renovated, offers 220 m² over two floors.



On the ground floor (accessible for guests with reduced mobility): entrance with glass panels, living room, spacious and well-equipped kitchen opening onto a private terrace and a west-facing, fully enclosed 1,000 m² garden. Lilas Room (1 queen, 1 single) of 30 m² with en-suite shower and toilet. Full of character.



Upstairs: Violette Room (1 queen) of 20 m² with en-suite shower and toilet, romantic ambiance. Rose Room (1 queen) 24 m², Dahlia Room (1 queen or 2 singles) 22 m². Shared bathroom and separate toilet for these two rooms.



Ideal for family gatherings and weekends with friends, this spacious gîte combines welcoming shared spaces with the privacy of individually accessed bedrooms.
