Family home located in Civrieux, northeast and close to Lyon (20 km, 25 min by car), at the gateway to the Dombes, near Beaujolais, in the heart of the "country of art and history" of Trévoux Saône Vallée.



Accommodates 4 to 5 guests. Comfortable bedding. Short and medium-term rental (construction, renovation, relocation, business trips...) for one night or longer stays.

On the ground floor, a living room with lounge area and a well-equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace and a fully fenced west-facing garden of 1,000 m²—perfect for enjoying peaceful sunsets. Bathroom and separate toilet.



Upstairs, two bedrooms: the Pivoine room with a 180x200 bed, and a second attic bedroom with two beds (140x190 and 90x200), plus a bathroom. Option to add a 90x200 bed.



For relaxation: volleyball net, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, pétanque area. Free communal tennis. Barbecue.
