Great location for the port, not much in the immediate area. Lunch set menu was very good, and well priced, service was efficient. Rooms were clean and a nice size. Front desk staff were very helpful, sorting taxis to the port and recommending a local pizzeria for dinner. Thank-you we had a good stay.

If you are used to a hotel with staff on property, an elevator & easy access to transportation, this is not the place for you. When we arrived, we comtacted Stella di Mare, and someone buzzes you in. Our pre-cruise suitcases were heavy so making it up tthe flight of stairs to our room was not easy. Nice basic, clean room & bathroom with busy traffic below but quiet if you close the window. Pretty views of the water across the street.

Great location!! Public beach across the street. Has it own parking which is a plus! We reserved a king bed and got a queen and we were suppose to have a free bottle of wine but didn’t get it! The bed was TERRIBLE! It was one step too close to sleeping on the floor! Very flat pillows and only one per person. All of the furniture felt like it was for someone. VERY short. No place in the bathroom to place your personals, sink only but not a big sink. Had a cool drying rack in the bathroom to dry your clothes. Not really on the first floor! One and a half flight of stairs. Price was too much for what you got!

It was a cute little boutique style hotel. No elevator made it difficult to haul our large suitcases for our cruise we were leaving on the next day, but we made it work. Room was quaint and had decent internet and ac worked well once turned on. There was a coffee maker in the little lobby room, but no coffee pods. Room was clean and bed was a little on the firm side, but comfortable enough for a night or two. Sheets and towels were clean. The property doesn't seem to have the rooftop balcony see in the photos with the beach view, but we were only there for one night. We arranged through the owner to pick us up at FCO Airport and drove us to the property and helped us with our luggage. Owner drove us to the port for our cruise. Nice comfortable Mercedes van. Doesn't speak much English but was able to help us out with a translation app no problems. The general area has a little beach in front of it across the street and a coffee shop about a 10 minute walk south of the hotel. The restaurants are further in town off of the Via Aurelia Sud north into the town about a 30 minute walk and is sort of a dangerous road with very few sidewalks and people racing by. Very good restaurants off of Viale Della Vittoria. We ate at Trattoria O'Pescatore and it was fresh and delicious and they were very attentive and accommodating. Overall a good experience, but transportation to and from Civitavecchia is very expense and would probably fly into Valencia, Spain to start my cruise from there.

Newly constructed rooms, clean, and well equipped. The town of Civitavecchia is nice and within walking distance. Very helpful staff that drove us to the nearby cruise port. A very pleasant experience.

Perfect location - helpful and friendly 24/7 available staff. Rooms are small by American standards, but perfectly acceptable by European standards. Neat and tidy. Amir went above and beyond - made arrangements for a large group to arrive in Civitavecchia comfortably.

Great communication and exceptional service from the owners. Room was a nice size and very clean. A bonus that they also offer transportation from the airport. Location was not ideal for exploring around by foot. The only restaurant within easy walking distance was closed due to a special event.

Stayed here with another couple the evening before our cruise. Sandro, the owner, is absolutely awesome. He picked us up from the airport, got us settled in our rooms and then took us to the best restaurant in the area for our first fine Italian meal. The next morning he arranged our transportation to the cruise ship. This is not a hotel, it is a stand alone building that has been converted into several new rooms. Everything is new, modern and clean.

Wonderful service and Room

We have an absolutely fantastic stay the night before our cruise. They even arranged to drive us to Rome upon our return from our cruise. Super great about communicating and everything was just perfect. Would definitely stay with them again and utilize their transportation offer.

This quaint hotel/rental was bright and clean. We knew there was no elevator, but it was a little hike with the luggage we had with us! Greeted warmly and given a quick overview of the room, facilities and security which I greatly appreciated. It was a bit of a walk to find something open on a Sunday afternoon as we couldn’t get a taxi or Uber at that time. The room was air conditioned, clean and spacious. The bed was very firm and the 2 pillows were very thin so we had a little trouble sleeping for the one night along with the train that rumbled just outside our room #5 - we were closest to it. But honestly we weren’t woken by it through the night. We were also given a ride to the cruise port this morning. Great value overall and lovely view and access to the water across the street. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking!
