5 star at no frills cost

Upon arrival Thomas welcomed us and provided info about when room would be ready and stored our luggage. As promised he called to let me know when when was ready as we were out exploring. This is a no frills hotel but the cleanliness and service is 5 star! Later, Luka walked us to a restaurant he recommended for dinner. Very nice stay, especially for overnite waiting for cruise. The free shuttle to cruise port is about a 2 minute walk! Very accessible. I highly recommend Hotel Smart Cruise!!!!

Everything was fantastic. The only suggestion is bring some bandaids or black tape to cover all the led lights from thermostat, fire, plugs etc. super quiet, and staff was super accommodating.

Hotel smart stay

We had lots of communication prior to check in. I appreciate that. We contacted the front desk and they took care of the food under the bed. The biggest problem was the air conditioner was locked and our room was an oven. We sweat all night and couldn’t sleep well as a result. Breakfast was lovely. Simple but did the job. Workers were kind and helpful.

Excellent stay

Excellent hotel stay at Hotel Smart Cruise. Very clean room and the beds were really comfortable. They also provide an airport transfer (at an additional cost) which was ideal. Hotel is situated 2 mins walk from Cruise shuttle buses. There’s also a tasty pizzeria on the corner.
