The hotel is located in an excellent area, less than a 5 min walk to the train station and 1 block away from the red bus (for €6 take you right into the port of your ship). The hotel is quite good, the only reason it got 4 stars rather than 5 is because the shower pressure is really low. Aside from that, the hotel is truly recommendable to stay.

Don't stay here

The hotel was extremely run down and looks nothing like its photos. We booked a sea view junior suite and was not given one- told that junior suites do not come with a view. Front desk staff was rude. The room was very hot and uncomfortable for our whole stay. The front desk staff said the owners turn it iff this time of the year. There was no hot water! (I paid 238.00 a night.) The staff did not apologize and simply said theyd make a note of it. Breakfast was an additional 12.00 per person. Very bad experience! Total rip off.

The check in staff at front was not professional, during the check in, no smile on his face, his tone has no breeding, our group has 14 people with 8 rooms, once he saw us came in the hotel, his face looked angry, he didn't say hi or thank you any of these greeding words to us, this was a very bad experience we ever had before
