Everything Fantastic

The Apartment is in a great location close to the beach, the harbour and supermarkets. It was easy to collect the key and lovely and clean when we arrived. The pool and the garden provide lots of space and the position of the apartment means you have your own outside space for sun beds. Everything provided that you may need and Max is always available via phone if needed. Our family (5 of us) enjoyed every part of our stay and will definitely recommend and return!! Thanks Max!

wonderful place to stay

from the minute we arrived we new it was going to be a great holiday. The apartment is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to the shops, bars and marina. The apartment was just what we needed sleeping six ( 4 adults and 2 children) very spacious and with everything to hand to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this holiday to family and friends due to the amenities and family friendly location.

Fantastic apartment to relax in and enjoy beautiful location.

The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious and exactly as shown in the photos, if not better. Communication with Max, the host, from time of booking was excellent, he was helpful in advising about transfers and was also able to help when we needed to extend our stay, and was flexible with check in/ out, even realised our flight had been delayed and messaged us to offer help, He was easy to get in touch with, and very professional. The apartment was very comfortable with a superbly stocked kitchen (best I’ve ever had for self catering). Sunbeds, sun umbrellas and patio furniture all provided. Lovely to be able to sit in shade or sun on patio with the shutter system. The location was absolutely great. 20 steps to the pool, 3/4 minutes walk to the beach at Cala’n Bosch, same to supermarket. Bus stop to Ciutadella by the supermarket, every 20 mins (air con!). Easy to get to other beaches, 10 minute walk to amazing beach at Son Xoriguer for snorkelling and a further 5 minutes up to kayaking and paddle boarding. Wonderful restaurants less than a minute walk from the apartment in the marina. Lovely relaxing holiday for us and the kids (who appreciated the wifi) Thank you so much Max, we would love to visit again.

SIMPLY PERFECT!

Hola!!! Our vacation was 8 months in the making and it felt like forever, but it was definitely worth the wait. First and foremost i would like to thank the owner of the apartment whom we never met but was equally present during our stay. He was very helpful(through whatsapp) from day 1. You can literally disturb him anytime of the day(sorry max..hehe). Now about the apartment, i though it was SIMPLY PERFECT for its location and the house itself being fully furnished. We haven't got the need for a rental car because you can find everything within walking distance from the apartment. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, atm machines, boat rentals, car rentals, boat tour ride, waterpark and go kart track all within walking distances. You can reach the beautiful beach of cala'n bosch in literally 3 minutes with just your slippers. If you're feeling lazy but still want to cool off, the apartment has closed and secured very large lawn(shared with other tenants) where the kids can play and 3 fairly sized swimming pools which i thought were perfect. Lastly about the apartment itself, it had everything we hoped and needed(and more). i felt ashamed of asking the owner earlier if he had electric fans because it has a split type air conditioner. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials(it even had a toaster). The bathroom had a built in hair dryer but it also had a proper hair dryer much to the delight of my wife. The wifi connection was perfect without any connection loss(we had 7 devices connected). And lastly don't make the same mistake i made, before going out and renting(very expensive) or buying a beach umbrella, check out the laundry room and you have plenty of choices. I may have missed something but i assure you that the owner will be very much at your disposal. I'm surely going back to Menorca and will surely go back to the apartment. Thanks a lot Max! BTW, there is a caffeteria beside the apartment where you can literally eat from breakfast to dinner. I'm also quite perplexed with the low prices they have because the food was very good and served with abundance. Sorry for the very long feedback. 😬

Excellent location

Nice modern design, spacious apartment. Not enough information given on Owners direct website. It was difficult to tell what was included. For example bathroom towels were provided and changed during the week along with bedding. However, there were no tea towels or oven gloves. The owner was in email contact to deal with any issues. If you do wish to self cater, then a better range of saucepan sizes would be good. When we arrived the dishes had been left dirty and this was overlooked by the cleaner, however, you would expect these to be left clean by the previous occupants. This is a good size apartment which had an outside area with a roof, where you could eat and it was easy to move the table into the sun for lunch. The apartment was in an excellent position within easy reach of the beach and at least five supermarkets. Lots of restaurants surrounding the harbour, also within easy reach. Good bus service to Ciutadella, which we found easy to use on a less sunny day. I would recommend this apartment and resort.
