You have a private parking area for you hire car with the driveway leading upto the entrance at the front of the house. Villa Roser has a BBQ area and pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is ADJACENT to the living area and OVERLOOKS the side of the villa.

All 4 bedrooms benefit from air conditioning/heating at no extra cost.

The villa has a PRIVATE swimming pool which has a shallow circular section at one end, ideal for small children. The pool is surrounded by ample terrace space for relaxing with a cool drink before taking a much needed dip in the pool to cool off.

Amazing villa , this was our first time staying in a Villa , everything was so easy to use and there was plenty of everything including plates and cups. The villa was spotless on arrival and you could tell a lot of thought had gone into making the villa the perfect stay for any family . All appliance worked perfectly and were well maintained . The villa was located in a nice, quiet area. It was secluded and not overlooked. The villa also provided all the things you could need during your holiday. The cleaning standard was very high. There was nothing you could improve on and it, all together, made for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. There was nothing, of note, that could have been improved upon.

we couldn’t have wished for anything more, the villa is perfect, located in a quiet cul de sac 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants, it had everything we needed and more, spotlessly clean with a fabulous pool, we had hired 2 cars which we could park safe and secure on the property behind locked gates, it was our first villa holiday and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. we feel there isn’t anything to improve

We liked the peaceful location and being within a few minutes walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The outdoor space, pool and parking inside the gated property was very convenient. Travelling with a disabled person it was very accessible. The door out to the washing machine machine area needs replacing. There is a big gap underneath and rain comes in. The shower units are a bit small. We managed ok but I can imagine if you are a bit bigger it may be an issue.

Good villa but not great

The property was generally nice although we had an issue with a light and one air con unit not working these issues were sorted out relatively quickly. The biggest issue we had was the furniture was disgusting, dirty and cushions were filthy. Not very nice to sit on as you felt there could be a bug issue so we had to cover them before we sat on them albeit for as little time as necessary. The other disgusting area was where the washing machine was, this again was disgusting and obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Sadly these points were negative and if sorted this would be a lovely villa in a lovely place!!!

Loved this villa, layout was brilliant, plenty of space and very comfortable. Pool was amazing my kids loved having it there, was so nice to just step outside and lay on a sunlounger. Restaurants so close and plenty to choose from as well as the beach just down the road.

The outside space and the pool area are great. The location of the villa is brilliant, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Kitchen is good, well equipped with pots, pans, plates etc.. Wi-fi is good. Lot of info on how everything works and thing to do.
