This place will stay in my memory for a long time, a fantastic place, the whole city is unforgettable, and the hotel is in a very good location, very clean. The whole check in service is very straight forward with the machine, the room was incredibly well-kept, clean, ecological, with all the amenities possible

Points négatifs : - pas d accueil physique / arrivée assez chaotique (le numéro de réservation ne fonctionnait pas) = avons du échanger par whatsapp avec le service client avec traduction préalable en espagnol pour arriver enfin à s enregistrer (après 1h...) - Petite odeur d humidité dans la chambre Point positif : - très bien situé au coeur de la ville, super calme (sauf quand les voisins s imaginent seuls dans l hôtel) et chambre fonctionnelle et agréable - à proximité de commerces restaurants

un incubo… una delusione, mi hanno recato un danno enorme a una mia borsa di lusso lasciata in stanza rovinata dalla donna delle pulizie con un prodotto. DANNO IRREVERSIBILE, sono andata nei migliori posti di Roma e mi hanno detto che non si può fare nulla… e loro non si sono preoccupati di RIMBORSARMI per questo danno… adesso non solo non posso più usarla ma non posso ricomprarla perché era edizione limitata e costa il doppio ora… zero professionalità e cura dei clienti.

Hôtel et emplacement parfait, check-in laborieux

Le self-checkin n'est pas au point et très fastidieux. Assurez-vous bien avant d'arriver d'envoyer un email et de bien avoir le code d'accès, sans quoi vous restez sur le trottoir comme nous et trois autres personnes. Par contre une fois que nous avons pu joindre qqu'un et nous enregistrer, l'hôtel est parfait, très joli, très propre, calme, emplacement imbattable. Le petit bar cuisine en libre service au sous sol est très pratique.

pas de réception (je n'avais pas vu à l'avance) Quand on arrive avec le premier ferry, pas de réception, donc pas de possibilité de laisser ses bagages en attendant l'heure pour récupérer sa chambre. Par contre j'ai eu la chambre tout en haut avec une terrasse privative avec vue sur toute la ville!! Il y a une aération au dessus du lit qui permet de bien entendre la ville en bruit de fond, dommage.

Mi habitación no era una suite como había reservado. Habitación muy pequeña con una ventana pequeña, sin tetera ni cafetera, sin escritorio ni silla. Se trata de una habitación individual con un mini frigorífico y un secador de pelo, ningún otro mueble ni accesorio. Otras personas entraron en mi habitación mientras yo estaba en el baño, mi tarjeta de habitación les fue dada por el hotel (por error). Esto no es tranquilizador ya que viajo sola. No recomendaría este hotel.

Très déçue

Arrivée compliquée car les codes d’entrée n’ont pas été communiqués par l’hôtel. Chambre très étroite pour 3 personnes, pas de lits seulement des clics clac donc on dort sur des roulettes pour 187 euros.

Terribile in tutto eccetto la posizione

Il check in automatico non riconosce le prenotazioni fatte con le piattaforme come hotels.com, per cui bisogna armarsi di pazienza e fare un sacco di telefonate fino a prendere la linea, per poi scoprire che chi riaponde non sa riaolvere il problema, quindi bisogna rimanere fuori e riprovare a distabza.di 10 minuti fino a quando qualcuno trova una slluzione. Mi pare estremamente ridicolo. Sul sito viene menzionata una piscina CHE NON ESISTE ed una SPA che ovviamente non esiste jeanche quella. La camera era cosi piccola che non c'era un armadio. 2 sere di fila rientrando in stanza abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio. Direi che peggio di cosi è impossibile, nemmeno in un film si può finore in un posto peggiore, anche se la location invece è ottima.

私にとって史上最低の滞在

良かった点は、街の中心にあるロケーション。 悪かった点は以下の通り。 ・清掃がされていない。シャワールームは前の人が使ったままで、髪の毛等が大量に落ちていた。そこにハンドタオルが置かれてあり、そのハンドタオルはびしょ濡れ（なぜハンドタオルかというと、足ふきタオルはバスタオルと一緒にベッドの上に置かれていたから）。シャワールーム以外にも、床にゴミが落ちていた。 ・無料の水が部屋に置いてあると書いておきながら、なかった。 ・チェックインは機械で行う仕組みで、予約番号とパスポートとクレジットカードが必要だったが、予約番号がわからなかった（hotel.comの番号とは異なる番号）。予約確認書を読み返してみると、チェックインの72時間前までに宿泊施設に連絡をするよう記載があったが、宿泊施設から連絡するべきかと思う。 ・午前3時ごろ、建物中に警報音が鳴り響き、約30分続いた。何事かと電気をつけようとしたが、停電になっており、電気、水道（シャワー、トイレ等）、Wi-Fiが使えない状態となっていた。朝８時にチェックアウトする予定で、朝までその状態が続き、シャワー・トイレ等使えないままチェックアウト。もはや宿泊代を請求できる宿泊施設ではないと感じた。ちなみに、朝８時ごろエントランスにいくと、宿泊施設の人と思われる人がドアをトントンと叩いていた。停電だから、カードキーが使えず宿泊施設の人が施設に入れなかったと推察。

Perfect location, extra hassle with service

Perfect accommodation with fantastic location, all the services and shops within few minutes, while still being quiet and ensuring good sleep. The downside was the service. We did not got the sign-in code before arrival, I needed to call to the customer service. Also, the keycard suddenly stopped working and again, I needed to call the customer service. Luckily, the cleaner was on site to let us in - what if that would have been night time? One more note: while the "boutique" style bathroom looks nice, the moisture and water are flooding to the room side.

Es una auténtica pasada de boutique hotel, la ubicación inmejorable, su diseño náutico antiguo, , inclusive la increíble comodidad de su cama lo hacen diferente. Nosotros fuimos para el puente de la Constitución en diciembre, ojalá podamos volver en verano.
