Located on the outskirts of Ciutadella de Menorca, the luxurious Villa Xipell 9 sits in a quiet residential area with little traffic. This modern holiday home features bright rooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 floors, accommodating up to 6 guests. The upstairs bedroom provides direct access to the upper terrace. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a TV.



Outside, you’ll find a terrace with an awning and barbecue, as well as a large pool with sun loungers. Both here and on the upper terrace, you can enjoy fantastic views of the Mediterranean surroundings and a relaxing holiday.
