Large designer house with two floors, with swimming pool and private garage.
It is ideally located in the center of Ciutadella, a town with a lot of charm both for its history and its gastronomy.
The house is very spacious and is fully equipped.
On the ground floor is the small garage (small or standard car). Living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace with pool and a small bathroom.
On the top floor are the three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace, small living room and a laundry room.

El pis està molt ben situat, a prop de la sortida de Ciutadella i a prop del centre. Vam tenir un problema amb l'escalfador, però els amos es van esforçar en arreglar-lo tant ràpid com fos possible. En general, molt bé.
