- Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian coffee maker (screw type), blender (hand blender), toaster, cooking utensils, and tableware. (Includes paella pan)
- IMPORTANT: We do NOT provide oil, salt, and pepper.
The living room:
- The living room is equipped with a 42" TV, WiFi (throughout the house), a 4-seat "Chaise Longue" sofa, a dining table for 4, and an outdoor terrace facing the backyard garden.
- You will also have a decorative fireplace; it cannot be used.
The pool:
- Large pool with sun lounger area where you can relax and sunbathe without leaving home.
- It is MANDATORY for minors to swim under adult supervision.

- It's a very quiet and pleasant place with a Lighthouse that serves as a restaurant and viewpoint; its strong point is the breathtaking sunset views. Don't miss them!
SON XORIGUER BEACH
- Located 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking, it's an area for water sports (diving, sailing boats, windsurfing, speedboats), restaurants with sea views... Highly recommended!!
- If you prefer leisurely activities, from this beach, you can access the most beautiful beaches like Cala Macarella and Macarelleta, Cala Turqueta... via "Camí de Cavalls," a rural path. Check the distances to be covered.
EL LAGO Marina

Perfect location
The villa is perfectly located a 2 minute walk from the harbour in a quiet cul de sac Very clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was excellent and resolved a couple of issues the same day.
