I don´t want to sound very harsh, but beds and pillows have turned to be the worst I have ever experienced...the mattress was terribly hard and uncomfortable, and pillows like when you put them in the washer...no way anyone could rest...we had to change somewhere else since we were staying an night extra. I hope the manager could try to spend a night in here so he can take action and realize how terrible is to offer a place to arrive and rest and on the contrary, you wish you were home. On the other hand, place is nice and clean, they refunded our payment on one night since we decided to leave, and it is obvious we are not planning on returning ever.
I didn't like the Ned's are smaller that queen size bed they are a full size bed so for two adult and three small children was not comfortable at all, my son had to sleep on the floor because the beds were too small for him and his sisters
I enjoyed the stay at the hotel as it served my needs for what I was sent out to do. I was however, disappointed in the workout room as the facility did not have any weightlifting equipment to meet my needs. Maybe a membership with an outside gym would help.
We tough it was a good place to stay one night but not really, they had problems with our reservations and cancel one of them so we had to take any room available at the last minute and I Can't believe they still have rooms for smokers. Its the last floor so they sent us to one there and stinks to tobacco. Disgusting The room is overall spacious, but old, the washrooms are in poor condition The only good thing is breakfast, the buffet was limited but with good options and good quality food
Near to the airport, 5 minutes by the taxi, and so quite to sleep very vell. Receptionist so friendly. room clear, and so big, with tv and bathroom. room was so clean. i don t eat brakfast so i can t speak about that.
We chose this hotel when we traveled to Ciudad Victoria for a family emergency. It was a very quick trip, we just stayed one night and the main reason to choose this hotel over the variety of hotels that the city has was the indoor pool since we traveled with 2 girls (1 and 4 years old). We were disappointed to find out the water was really cold but our 4 year old still enjoyed it. The breafkast bar is very basic, just like in any other express hotels. It has a good location, beds are comfortable and I really enjoyed taking a bath in the tub after a very busy day.
Goed enough for sleeping when visiting Dublin, close to the city. The service in the restaurant could be better. We had tro wait to long and went off without breakfast, to catch a plane. The lady at the helpdesk was friendly and patient.
This hotel is nice and offer most of the services you expect to find (business center, laundry, room service, iron, coffee maker, hair dryer ...). My Room was clean but in my bathroom there were mold on the ceiling. It is close to a supermarket across the street if you need to buy foods and breakfasts are of good quality. I was told it was one of the two good hotels of the city ;-)
I am staing in the hotel longer than expcted, but this gives me the opportunity to see more aspects of the hotel and its services. In general, not a bad hotel for a night or two if you are on a business trip and just sleep in. Pluses: Free fast internet - one of the few hotels with such option. (internet room with printer) Nice beds Close proximity to a mountain. Close to two big super markets and a 24/7 clinic/medical service center. Rooms are spacious. Indoor pool. Parking Minuses: No real restaurant in the hotel. Room service is wroking from 19:00 to 24:00 which is insane!! Breakfast is really poor although it is free - not really a wide choice. You cant even get an omelette! Although it looks quite clean, everithing it's old and needs renewal - starting with the bath - it is absurd. Carpeting has stains and lumps. The desks and TV remote were greasy! - I had to use alchohol to clean them. The proximity to the main road is too close so can be noisy on the outer side. (no problem if balcony door is closed) Balcony it self is what I would call a smokers balcony - just enough for 1-2 people to lean out of the room and somke. Staff at the reception knows very little english and it is really hard to communicate. Noone else from the hotel staff knows english. The last thing that I cannot put into a good or bad category i will explain how it is, you decide if you like it or not. The hotel is shaped like a digital number 8 (rectangle devided in the middle). This makes to innder courtyards, that would be ok, but the bad thing is that they are both coverd with a permanent glass roof which is not entirely transparant and there is not enough light coming in. The rooms facing the inner courtyards baiscly don't have air circulation because of the roof, you need always the lights to be on and the curtains also on other wise you risk every one to see exactly what you are doing!!! Since one of the courtyards is the breakfast saloon from 6:30 to 11:00 is really noisy. The other one with the pool is noisy almost all the day. The outside rooms have, all the outdoor light, good view and good air circulation but trafic is noisy - still I perfer them then the inner rooms. I would try best western next ime.
