Front desk staff, not very friendly at check in. Waiter at Breakfast was even worse..maybe it was Monday morning blues, no customer service at all..very dissapointing.

The reason we made made reservations with this hotel was because of their breakfast and shuttle to the airport that both of them were offered to FREE At first the guy who did checked us in told us our breakfasts were not included but after later talking to other staff member, she confirmed to us that if it's included. It was a good thing we asks again. Days before this trip, they messaged me (because I messaged them about needing the shuttle to and from the airport) they told me they couldn't pick up my husband from the airport because of the federal regulation (blah blah blah), but they failed to mention at that moment that they weren't also going to not going to be able to take him to the airport, because on Sundays they do not have a driver (it their day off). We had to do make extra expenses/arrangements thinking transportation was covered. During our stay at this hotel, they were remodeling which including the second floor straight up from our room. During the day we couldn't rest as it was too noisy to do so. I don't know why they didn't think about not renting the downstairs room where they were doing remodeling this included Saturday morning. Apart from all this, their kitchen staff (incl. waitors) are very friendly and the breakfast food is very tasty.

tv wasn't working and got the wrong room
