It was a good experience, but there was noise in the room from some bars until late in the night.

Someone called the room asking for me by my NAME claiming to be the police and were downstairs. Called front desk and was advised no one was there. At check-in had me waiting for a long time until they figured out I was visiting from USA . Manager is very rude, disrepectful, and unprofessional. Kitchen people also very rude. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE if visiting from USA.

Everything was fine, nothing extraordinary. The bed was a bit hard.

Everything was nice & clean nice people so as the service...

All staff was friendly and helpful at all time. Employee Edgar was courteous whenever we needed help!!

The price was excellent, but the rooms are extremely small and the lighting is really bad. The bathrooms also have a funny smell

We used this hotel for our when we had a visa interview, I chose this hotel because it offered free shuttle service but that was false advertising. other than that everything was good.

the printer in the business center never worked, Staff helpful.

I liked the way I was treated. The customer service was very well. I really enjoyed my trip staying at the hotel

This hotel meet all my expectations. I like their prices comparing to others.the only thing I don't like at all is that when you need your sheets changed you need to put a sign card board on top of bed...I think they should change sheets every day.

I like the prices of this hotel it's better than the other ones I been staying and much better beds and pillows I loved it

I loved the price of this hotel compared to other ones...

Great value for the price.. freat location, staff was very friendly and courteous. Restaurants and nice bars just a step away.

Great hotel and well cleaned everyone was nice and well organized

It was an excellent experience - great service, everyone very helpful; excellent transportation service to the 2 main places we needed to go (Consular area, airport), easy to work with. Fantastic!

Check in was fast and hospitality was ok. It was possible to have breakfast since 6 a.m. before taking the floght.

The price of my stay, taking into account the regular price that the hotel has, was great! Orbitz had the cheapest rate available.

The service was great and the price was excellent. I wish it was a bit closer to the consulate but i guess thats why they have the city express junior. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about our soroundings.

the staff at the hotel were very friendly and the hotel itself was comfortable. i would stay there again.

city express was very nice and clean
