The Hotel is well located . But it's very basic . Meaning , the minimum necessary to operate . I would say average at best . Shower the water temperature was hot and cold varying from every 3 minutes . Good bed , ok pillows , service not very good . Safe it took 2 days to get it working . IHG members , most of the time there is only one receptionist so it is what it Is . In general very well located , very standard and very Basic .
We needed a hotel close to the airport between a domestic flight and an international flight. As far as I could tell, this is the closest hotel to the airport, but it is actually a 10 minute drive or so away and wasn't easy to get to. We had a hard time getting a taxi that would take us there for a decent price- in Buenos Aires, taxis are very cheap, but for some reason the taxis from the airport were asking exorbitant amounts for this ride to the hotel. We ended up taking a taxi organized by the airport (there is a booth in the airport that does this), but this involved a very long wait and was also fairly expensive, so we arrived at the hotel a bit frustrated and wondering if we had made the wrong choice in staying here. However, once we arrived, things looked up. It is a totally comfortable airport hotel, with good service. There is a restaurant on site which is a bit depressing and not the greatest food, but we were happy we at least had somewhere to eat at that point. And there is a free shuttle service back to Ezeiza, so that helped take the sting out of the cost of getting there. I would stay here again if I were in the same position of needing 1 night between flights, but at least this time I would know to expect a pricey cab ride to be part of the deal in getting there.
We stayed here in transit for one night. International flight arrived 6pm and then early morning flight the next day so an airport hotel seemed like a good idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault their attitude and level of service. However, the main problem with the hotel is that it is not all that close to the airport and the complimentary shuttle service is disappointing. After a long international flight, the last thing I want to do is find wifi (there is no free wifi at Ezeiza Airport), then telephone the hotel to see if there is space on the next shuttle which departs only hourly anyway. In the end, we just paid for a taxi, which was AR$330 from the official Taxi Ezeiza stand in the arrivals hall. It was easier than fussing around telephoning and waiting for a shuttle that might be full. Holiday Inn advertises the shuttle service as a selling point and is included in the price of the room (which isn't cheap) so it really needs to improve this service to better cater to the needs of travellers.
Arrived very late (11pm) in the hotel and left early (4am). Great if you fly out early from Ezeiza Airport in the morning. As such it is an older Holiday Inn with rather big rooms, more the american style than what you get in europe. Unfortunately rooms have seen better days. Far outside of city so only consider if you are having business to do close by or need to be close to airport.
Nice and cozy hotel. Staff very good. Very clean and easy access they also offer free shuttle service to the airport Ezeiza. Unfortunately i didn't have much time to use all the facilities like spa. Prices fair. Breakfast very good. I totally recommend if you want to get away of downtown. My complain there were no candies or chocolates at the minibar I suggest alfajores this would be the must. See ya next time.
After 3 weeks touring Patagonia, we stayed one night before early morning flight home. Room was comfortable and perfectly adequate. They have a nice spa and you can use the basic facilities (once) for free. Restaurant was closed during the afternoon, but we were able to order a mid-afternoon lunch in the lobby. Food was fine. Efficient airport shuttle. Friendly, helpful staff (maybe not quite so friendly in the spa). But if you have any time to kill, understand there is absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to go around the hotel. So just hang out until it's shuttle time.
We booked for a day-use type as we landed at 5am and needed a place to stay before catching another flight at 11pm. There was a room available, so the staff was generous and gave us the early check-in at 7am and late check-out at 8pm. The price includes breakfast and free to and from airport shuttle service. I'm not sure if this type of booking is available on booking sites because I called to book.
Spent 1 night in April 2017. Hotel is convenient to Airport, has a shuttle. Bar is attached and was excellent, restaurant is next door (good food, great atmosphere, service was very good). The hotel is very modern, open aire, and has excellent common area. Pool looked nice, did not swim, but it is a beautiful part of the hotel. Exiting the elevator you will notice the hallway is dark, but it has motion sensors that kick in once you start walking. The hallways are a precursor to the room, they are quite nice and quiet. The rooms are excellent, they represent the best of IHG, wonderful and spacious bathrooms, beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. You do have control of your own environment, it did seem to be under front desk control. Had a nice TV, with several English channels as I recall. The rooms were very clean and really everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn hotel across North America! Staff were excellent.
We've stayed at this hotel six times now. It is convenient for the airport, comfortable and friendly. As always the staff were attentive, and could not do enough to help make our stay a pleasure. They took particular care for my special needs, but without fuss. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and will be staying there again.
This hotel was a great for a one night layover not too far from the airport. They do offer a complimentary airport shuttle. The hotel is about 10-15 minute drive from Ezezia Airport. The room was very small but clean. Very cozy bedding. Nice lobby with computers and free Wi-Fi. There was a beautiful breakfast buffet included in our rate. Lot's of local cuisine and fresh fruit. Very lovely hotel for business travelers or for layovers but it is not near any attractions. Overall a good stay.
